Dogwood Hills Golf Club

The golf course is in terrible shape. I drove 80 miles one way and I was shocked. Also, everybody had to play the back nine twice because of unscheduled maintenance. Hopefully, the course will be better next year because there is.no hope for this year. Also, the sand traps have been really bad for several years in a row. What happened?

Didn’t play 18 as we didn’t want to play the back 9 twice. Staff was friendly but pace of play was slow

This was our first time playing this course. Considerate heat wave we have had, the course was in nice shape. A couple of greens a little rough, a couple sand hazards full of water, but overall a nice course.

The cart gps drove us a little crazy with the advertising, and figuring out what areas were accessible. But not bad for our first time. Cart was exceptional.

Will definitely be back.

This course is great from the staff to the greens. Course was in great shape you can tell it's being well taken care of. Also they are doing renovations at driving range. And recently opened up a simulator and offer lessons. Would highly recommend you play here if you haven't.

This was our first visit to this course, after having heard about it from many others in the Chattanooga area. It did not disappoint. In fact, it may be one of our favorite courses in the broader Chattanooga area. It was a generous and forgiving course that still required strategy and shot-making. We will definitely be back!

I am from PA and on vacation and played here and compared to public courses in PA for this price range this course was heads and shoulders better. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to play s as good course at a great price

The course well laid out, it's not driver off of every tee, the greens are well maintained and rolled very true. The day I played there was a tournament going on and we were asked to start on the backside which wasn't an issue, but the place of play was very bad by the end of the round. From the 16th our 8th hole we sat on average 10 minutes on all the remaining holes before we could play

Course is well-maintained. People in clubhouse are fantastic. I played as a solo. Three groups of four allowed me to play through. I finally got behind several other groups of four so pace of play was slowed, but to be expected for the number of people out.

This is not the first time that I’ve played here and run into an issue where the course has booked tee times as well as some sort of event at the same time. My buddy and I meet here since it’s in between Nashville and Atlanta (a 2+ hour drive). Our 10:50 AM tee time yesterday was made a little interesting due to a US Kids Golf tournament that started a little before that. We were told to play the back nine first (pace of play was fine) but then had to wait 30+ minutes to tee off on one while the last groups went out for the tournament. We ended up leaving after playing a total of 12 holes over the course of about four hours. While the course has a fun layout, the amenities, course conditions, and communication about events leave a lot to be desired. They did have cheeseburgers and hot dogs instead of the usual pizza yesterday though, so that was pretty fun.

Quirky course. Dried out conditions. Greens were not that good. Back nine much more scenic and enjoyable. Two locals Gary and Dexter made the round enjoyable other than that would not play again if in the area

The course is a lot of fun to play. Greens are forgiving. Electric carts with gps.
