Reviews
There was no flat or even ground on the tee boxes. Fairway grass was very patchy on a number of holes. Greens were in very rough condition. The edges of the hole were rounded off, chunks taken out of them, were placed on a slope or were surrounded by divots. The hole replacements protruded above the surface of the greens by 0.5".
Not the best
Slow play and greens were in very rough shape. Will not be going back.
Chelmsford Country Club
A wet, cold and windy day to play but the course was in relatively good shape and the pace of play was good. We let another twosome join us on hole 7 to finish the 9 holes as there were mostly foursomes on the course.
Same great course as last season
Wonderful course for my ability. Friendly staff. Join up with friendly people on the course. Good amount of time on the course.
Nice inexpensive track
I’m played a nice nine hole round at Chelmsford CC weather‘s been unseasonably warm, which makes it that much better
Decent course for the price
Decent 9 hole course. Good for short iron and wedge practice. Would play again.
Good home course
Par 33 for the course..I am usually in upwards of +15 for 9

Excellent course for the value, I will be back numerous times to come.
Good Beginner Course
This is a good beginner course. Mostly very short par 3's with a few long holes. Course was in great shape, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. People on the course and bar patrons were freindly and you could tell the place had a good atmosphere. Priced the same or a little higher than a couple local courses for 9 holes, but a fun, easy course to play, especially if you need to get your confidence back.
