Deer Run at Sun 'n Lake Golf & Country Club

Deer Run is a fun course and is always in good condition. Of the two courses, I feel like Deer Run gets less play than Turtle Run. Some tee boxes need some love, but the fairways and greens were solid throughout. Staff is friendly and the rates are always good! I am always willing to drive from the west coast to play these courses a few times per year!

Played the Turtle course this weekend and it was in terrific shape. Fairways 10/10. Greens 9.5/10. Tee boxes 8/10. Driving range 10/10. Not to be left out is the staff at Sun N Lake. I can't say enough about Aaron and Susan. They are wonderful people, extremely helpful and a total asset to Sun N Lake. I played the Deer course a couple of weeks ago and would rate the conditions 9.5/10. If you haven't played it you don't know what your missing out on.

The course is in great shape, the staff are all friendly. Pace of play was also great!!!

It was an extremely hot day, but fun playing golf at this club. Staff was very accommodating. We were in the middle of a shot gun tournament, but was never pushed from behind or had to wait for players ahead. We would definitely play this course again

I played the lpga course in Daytona Beach the day before and to be honest this was just as nice if not nicer than a course that costs triple the amount

Between the brutal heat and the holiday not to many on the course (lake course) today. Overall course was in good condition, but a few of the greens had some small bald spots. Not sure if it's the heat or some fungus but it wasn't bad but a little surprised for Sun&Lakes.

It was surprising how bad the greens were..have play there several times but hadn't played turtle since last year.. fairways were great but green disapointing
