Glen Eagle Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf that are divided into three unique nines, these are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Blue/Yellow course is sprawled across a rolling landscape, which provides undulating fairways that cause tricky uneven lies. There are also difficult approaches and large, heavily contoured greens that are surrounded by bunkers. The Blue nine is challenging but offers birdie opportunities on the fifth and seventh holes, which are short par 5s that don't have the elevated greens prevalent throughout the course. Glen Eagle Golf Club's Yellow nine is considerably shorter than the other two nines and there are several birdie opportunities available.

Not the best/not the worst
I play a lot of golf and get to see/try a lot courses. This was my first time playing Glen Eagle. The pro shop staff member wasn't very friendly and seemed like he didn't want to be there. The cart staff member, an older gentlemen, was very nice and we chatted for a bit.
The course itself had a nice layout but the fairways were pretty patchy and the greens had A LOT of ball marks.
The foursome in front of us was very slow for my back 9 but the front played reasonable for time.
I don't think I'd play this course again unless they do some care on the fairways and greens. Overall I'd give this course a 3.5/5.
Weather affected the course
I’ve played this course before and enjoyed it tremendously. The storm from September 2nd caused flooding throughout the course which impacted the enjoyment of the game. A notification and option for a discount due to the conditions would have been appreciated.
I will return to this course again but will ensure not to go after heavy rain.
Glass half full
Stunning course with gorgeous grounds, but the staff could really use a lesson in hospitality. Everyone we encountered looked miserable and seemed bothered by our presence. It’s a shame, because the greens and fairways are top-notch. Had a great time with my friends.

Last Minute Booking - 9 Holes
The forecast for Sunday morning was not looking good so I think a lot of people were booking Saturday morning to make sure they got the round in on the weekend. The four courses that I normally play were booked solid until after lunchtime. But, on the GolfNow app, Glen Eagle showed up and I booked it. I got paired up with two nice guys, and the three of us had a really nice round, even though we had a very slight shower of rain. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The conditions were better than decent. My only complaint was the small flags which indicate where the pin is on the green. were not set properly on a few holes… other than that the price was really good for nine holes with cart. I’ll probably do this again.

Played 18 holes, didn’t see the beverage cart once..
