This is the spot for me.
Got there 30 min ahead of my tee time and staff pulled a cart up to my car within 2minutes of me getting my shoes on asking will you need a cart? Here you go! I knew this was going to be a great experience. The reviews I read had steered me in the right direction, I drove an hour and a half away and this course made it all worth while, tee boxes, fairways and greens are so well maintained and has such a challenging layout. Next time I’ll be planning a full day with lunch and 2 rounds:)

Played before and was OK, today the course was in VERY GOOD Shape.
Fairways Perfect
Greens Very GOOD
Soft greens
Been a while since I experienced such nice receptive greens. They rolled true also. Rest of course is in excellent shape.
Pleasant experience that could have been better
The fairways were in good shape. The greens were excellent, fast and consistent. The tee boxes were fair and the sand traps were in terrible shape. Not raked in days with rain packed sand .
Shockingly good!
So, we play this place once or twice a year and the $55 hot deal got us again. From top to bottom this place is in the best condition of any of the Dover/Middletown courses. Excellent job

Nice course and conditions were great considering how dry the area has been. Highly recommend.
Presently pleased
First time playing Maple Dale and wasn’t disappointed. Didn’t par take in any of the after round activities so can’t say anything about that. Played on a Saturday and not a beverage cart in sight. Course was nice, good layout, not too challenging. Lots of trees left and right of fairways but they’re all trimmed accordingly so you can punch out. No real complaints. I’d definitely go back. Not much water to take into consideration if that means anything to anyone.

i've played here 2-3 times a year for the last five years and every time it has been in great shape and fun. great staff and the food and drink at the restaurant are awesome!
3.5 hour round on a nice spring day (wednesday noon-ish round)
seriously i found all items to be five star across the board.
