Excellent
Except, at one of the holes, a cart was stopping too long at pavement pass, a middle of fairway .
I needed to go there to ask to move the cart.
I was told she was waiting for us to finish driving.
Great Value
Nice course with some interesting holes. Not overly challenging, but there is a decent amount of water to cause problems bi would recommend
Conditions and price
Like this course but they charged me $71 and the sandtraps are dirt and they had aerated greens and they said nothing. Greens were terrible as well as sandrraps. Not even close to being worth $71 dollars. The GolfNow fees Re ridiculous as well. Better off just calling a course for a tee time
Course in good shape
The course was vacant, which was unusual because it was a decent day to play despite windy conditions. The course was in good shape except for the bunkers. Many of them had standing water in them.
Good course with a few exceptions
Bunker conditions:
The park district has begun restoring some bunkers that were previously neglected and in extremely poor condition (basically rocks and mud).
Sand on carts:
Carts were not equipped with sand. This would enable golfer to assist with repairing fairways, and tee boxes, etc.
Pace of play:
Extremely slow - it was necessary to jump over a foursome at the par 3 - 6th which saved the day.
Fun course
Always fun to play, as there are a lot of water hazards. We enjoy playing here.
Love the place.
Got the chance to do a round on Friday morning and course was empty and good pace of play. Little wet but felt great to be out there. Course is lookin great too. Can't wait to come back this summer when everything dries up. Cheers.
GREAT DAY OF GOLF IN FEBRUARY
Very nice course and extremely friendly staff
First time playing here and will definitely return
