Senica's Oak Ridge Golf Club
About
Senica's Oak Ridge Golf Club sprawls across gently rolling terrain that was used to guide the design. The resulting layout blends in almost seamlessly with the natural landscape. The golf course is routed through forests of mature oak trees and around five sparkling lakes. The back nine plays along a meandering creek. Water hazards come into play on a total of 13 holes and there are nearly 50 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The golf course demands a fair amount of accuracy but it's not overly punishing if you're errant. The final hole plays from an elevated tee, requiring a carry over the creek in order to reach the green. In addition to the golf course, Oak Ridge also offers a practice facility with a driving range, two practice greens, and a practice bunker.

Rough condition
Enjoy playing Oak Ridge. Play here 2 to 3 times a year. Like the layout. Young man working the pro shop was very nice.
However, the course is not in great shape. Lots of bare spots in fairways and around the greens. Even a few on the greens. Bunkers, while there was an attempt at raking, appeared to be more dirt than sand.
Pace of play on the back was negatively impacted by a foursome that continually took multiple shots.
Doubt we’ll be back this season
Terrible
Course was disappointing. Great layout, but nothing was taken care of. Brown spots all over including on greens and tee boxes. Sand traps were unplayable because of rock mixture. Used to be a great course
Could be better
First, overall, enjoy playing Oak Ridge because of the layout. Course requires a variety of shots. However I’m still disappointed in on course amenities. No water, no ball cleaners and even though there are quite a few bunkers on the course, very few have rakes. While it’s still a good value for the GolfNow price, I play many courses that offer the amenities I mention above for the same value
Could be a gem of a course
Good value, great layout. Sand traps are the only bummer with rocks and lack of real sand.
