The Ridge/The Valley at Ironwood Golf Club

We had booked and paid for a mood-morning tee time the day before, then throughout that day and night there was too much rain for the course to open. This wasn’t an issue. The issue is that we never received an email, call or text that the course was closed. Instead, one of our group members just happened to get on their website to find that the course was closed 2 hours before our tee time. It’s been 48 hours since the booking and we have still not received ANY communication from the course….

It was a fun course. Conditions could’ve been better on tee box and greens. Not a ball washer in site and I saw one bathroom on the course on hole 13 of the lakes.

Ironwood was in good shape. It is a nice oayiut with a couple of truly challenging holes. Having 27 holes is nice for capacity and variety. The fairways were good and the greens were as well but were VERY SLOW!!!!! A beverage cart would be good as would water on the course.

I will play it again!!!! Good for the money if a bit crowded.

The course is not near nice enough to be setup the way it was setup this plast Sunday. Putt putt aggressive pins when all the tee boxes and greens are chewed up. It just made for insane reads and high scoring even if you are hitting it well.

A buddy of mine and I were paired up with another twosome and it was a great round of golf. Fast play, great conditions and the course is setup to be challenging but fair. The only thing I found odd, was that the tee boxes did not appear to have been mown in days. When teeing up on a par three, I was worried about grass being between the ball and my club. Other than that, it was great.

Really backed up. Cart path only. Greens kinda dead. Pretty muddy for no ball washers

Record warm Sunday for an early Spring round. 80's and beautiful. Pace of play was great and we never had to wait on the next group.

I have only been playing golf this is my second year and got my first eagle yesterday so this course will always home a special place in my heart! Overall great course and very challkebging

Hadn't played here in > 15 years. I thought the course was in great shape other than the greens which had too may ball marks not fixed by golfers as well as the tee box not in the best condition. Otherwise still great value in pricing and amenities.

I was visiting my daughter. Had planned to play 18, but she had a few things for me to do so I could only fit 9 in. Found Itonwood on Golf Now. It would have been $34, but I had a coupon and some credits, so I played 9 on a Friday for only $20! And, played alone. Would’ve finished in an hour, but caught up to another solo golfer, so it took maybe an hour 20.

Scary thing was someone took my clubs. I set them outside the pro shop for 2 minutes to check in. Came out and they were gone. We found them, but I didn’t think the golf course people were apologetic or empathetic. Oh, shot 48, lost 2 balls.

I was only able to play the front 9. The course setup was fun. Drainage was great, it rained the morning i played. Starting the round at 11am, the course was quite dry.

Ironwood charges a higher price to play but have ZERO ball washers on their 27 holes. Lack of trashcans as well
