Craig Woods Golf Course

I played this course for the first time on Sat, Oct 10th, 2026 and I was blown away. Craig Woods 9 Hole course was extremely well maintained. The fairways and greens were lush, cut evenly, and looked beautiful. Very soft greens, which made them a little slower than the courses I’ve played thus far this season, but that also equated to the breaks on them being even more pronounced, which made each hole unique, challenging, but very fun. The staff was phenomenal, from helping us get checked in, to going over their ground rules, and even throwing in some pointers on some of the tougher holes. I would highly recommend this course, they even have an island green, it’s like a mini Sawgrass!! I will 100% be playing this course again. Thank you for the hospitality and providing such a wonderful course to the public.

The staff members get 5 stars for friendliness, and helpfulness but everything else is 2 or 3 star rating. Green fees are similar to other 9 hole courses in decent shape but cart fee is too high for their quality, age and condition.

Self described “regulars” standing around club house entrance smoking and giving unsolicited advice was not appreciated.

Anyway, kudos to the staff but the rest is mediocre.

Title of the review says it all, but the course was maintained, greens were well kept and although our foursome will never win the Masters, it was a wonderful 100 minutes of golf.

With road construction they have had to modify the course from its initial layout. Still fun to play all the par 3s.

This was my first time playing this course and the first time my kids ever played (11 and 13). Staff was super friendly and the course was great, fairways are a little narrow for new players, but there are also no sand traps so that was a plus.
