Played the course recently with the Safari Club cut a couples holes short due to excessive rain shower. Course was in great shape all the way through complimented by a friendly staff. Family owned and operated .

I played wiht the Safari Group with over 100 players the course was in perfect condition. From the fairways to the greens in every hole.

our Tuesday Worcester traveling group really enjoyed as always our annual visit to Southampton Country Club. As always the course is in Tip-Top shape and the staff is excellent. this year's visit was highlighted buy an ace on the second hole by one of our golfers what a way to start the day. When all was said and done and everyone had such a good time we've decided we're not going to wait a whole year to come back. I think we'll be back within a month or two.. I highly recommend this course the layout and conditions are spectacular and the staff as always as friendly as can be. If you have not played here you don't know what your missing.

Our annual trip to the course is always a pleasure because of the immaculate conditions you will find here...Fairways could be greens if cut short enough

Played here on 8/8 with the Safari Club. Course was in excellent condition. Excellent fairway conditions -- one of the best we've seen all year. Greens and tee boxes were also in very good shape. Pace of play was very good, Very enjoyable day and would definitely play again.

This is by far the best conditioned public golf course in western Ma and beyond .

from the tees to the greens you will not find anything to complain about .

Well, except for the cart paths they leave a lot to be desired,even as bad as they are it will not detract for your golf experence .

Take a group and treat yourself to a real hidden GEM.

Best condition course the Safari Club has played this year. The greens were a bit slow and tough to read.

You've got to play this golf course to believe anything you might read. It truly is one of the very best conditioned golf courses in the entire Connecticut River Valley. And that includes a BUNCH of top golf courses. Just play this course - that's all you need to do.

One of the best locally owned Golf Course anywhere! The owners and there long time staff keep this track in pristine shape year in and year out. So if you have never played this track before, you would be doing yourself a big favor by making a tee time.

Played here on 8/9 with the Safari Club. Course was in excellent condition. Fairways were some of the best we've seen all year -- and this includes some upscale courses. Greens were in very good shape and putted well, and Tee boxes were also well groomed. Pace of play was very good, given the number of golfers we had that day (100+). Highly recommend this course.

This is a course that will use every club in your bag. It plays long and most fairway shots are with the ball above or below your feet.The greens are tough and rolled fairly fast. One of the par three's is long enough to be short par four. Most Safari members used a 3 wood or driver on it. The greens are large so you can get on but you usually have a long put to get home.

As usual this place was very well cared for.

I played Southampton this week with the Safari Club and the course was in great shape. The fairway were among the best we have played this year. I would of liked to have a few water stations on the course and cart paths were in need of some work . But a grate course to play.

We played the course on a SAFARI CLUB golf event.

This golf course has the best conditions i have seen this year ,from tee box to green you never have a poor condition ,the turf and green conditions are perfect.!

This is not a flat course so bring your lie adjuster with you and you will do well.The greens are perfect but very fast ,don't be above the hole .

The staff was very friendly .

The only rub is the cart paths OLD AND BUMPY but not so that I wouldn't return again and again!!!

Played recently with members of the Safari Club and had an enjoyable round of golf. Course was in excellent shape throughout from Tee to green. As always the staff was efficient and friendly. One suggestion would be to have more locations for drinking water.

Always a pleasure to play this course because the the conditions are always great and the staff is always friendly

The course was in excellent condition. Challenging holes. But there were no water stations on the course only a sods machine on the 16th hole. And the cart paths were very rough and bumpy

. Not a comfortable ride. Other then that it was a wonderful day.

The entire day was nothing but the best from a well run Country Club by the owners and staff

I had the pleasure of playing Southampton Country Club again, and I honestly don't know why I don't play this more often, as it is only a 15 minute ride from my house. The course is professionally maintained for the best conditions in this area. Although there are not many bunkers, par is protected by thick rough and if you are fortunate enough to hit fairways, the turf is so lush you will not get too much roll on your ball. the greens are moderately fast and lush and putting is true. The cart paths need some work but that doesn't detract from the excellent playing conditions.
