Cold but no wind
The grounds crew does a fantastic job of taking leaves off the course
Love Lochmere
Always a pleasure to play Lochmere. Staff is great and the course was in very good condition. Looks like they are in the midst of some course modifications in the rough and prepping for a club house addition!
Outstanding
Very tough greens. Course is always top notch, very clean no leaves, fairways are always great. Bunkers are well kept also. Great value. Better be good of the tee or your in for a long round

Awesome course
I usually play Lochmere a few times a year as it about an hour's drive from my home. It's always worth the trip! The course is very challenging with a great layout. Lot's of memorable holes with great design and nice scenery. The foliage was really close to peak, which made the course even more beautiful. This particular round, the greens were exceptional, probably the fastest I played all summer and I'm a 4-5 day a week player. I gave the course 5 stars across the board, but dinged it one star on staff friendliness. The starter can be a little on the rude side when he's pulling you off the driving range 10 minutes before your actual teetime. The players I was with said he did the same thing to them last time they had played there. I get it if it was wall to wall busy, but that wasn't the case. In the end, it's a small issue that didn't detract from a fantastic day of golf on a great course.
Challenging
Great course elevation changes, fast greens, reminds me of Louden Country Club. Very friendly staff, clean amenities, has restaurant open after 4 pm with good food. Would highly recommend this course for a guys day out.
Great place to play
This was our first time playing this course and it did NOT disappoint us at all.
The layout was creative. The tees, fairways, and greens were in great shape.
Even though it was the most expensive course we played in 4 days, it was a wonderful experience.
The maintenance crew was very courteous and stopped making noise while were were teeing off, the front desk person was very pleasant, and the two people that we were teamed up with were very nice to play with.
My only regret was that we only had time to play it once.
