Tregaron Golf Course

First time playing course, and it was a great test of my very average skill set! Water on 9 of the 18 holes forces you to shoot straight! I lost more balls in 18 holes on this course than all of last season! Will be playing here weekly! Great course to improve your game. Staff is beyond friendly, course is extremely well kept, course of play was slow but I have no problem with that.

It's a great course, challenging to the intermediate player! I like that there aren't a lot of trees, but plenty of rough and water to make it fun! We played in the afternoon and flew through 18 holes in about 3 1/2 hours.

I always like playing this course although I was a bit disappointed with how bad the tee boxes were. The weather has been perfect this spring so there is no reason for them to be in such bad shape. The rest of the course was in good shape although the sandy aerated greens were not fun.

The course was in good shape being so early in the season. The native grass areas are still short but starting to grow up nicely. Greens were firm but receptive.

We've never played this course before and we're very impressed by the course condition. Fairways and greens were well cared for. The rough I am sure will green up with the season. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and happy both in the pro shop and in the restaurant. Can't wait to play in the summer.

March golf in eastern Nebraska is often limited, the fact that Tregaron Golf Club was open was certainly a nice bonus. As one would expect, the course is in early season shape, but it was evident course maintenance has begun. Some tee boxes still very rough but overall the fairways and greens were good. Design is challenging and the various sets of tees allows the golfer to play to their level. Staff was very courteous and clubhouse bar is well stocked for post round activities. Our group will be back for several more rounds this year.

The grounds crew has done a superb job on the greens over winter! Very playable. Greens are super fast early in the year! The course is fun to play and challenging.

The only recommendation I have is to repair some of the cart paths where the cement has buckled.

This course is well laid out. Challenging but forgiving. I'm sure it is more difficult when the greenery returns. Greens in good shape, but a lot of ball marks/divots to repair. It would be so nice to have a practice tee to warm up with...my only real desire for this course.

Great round of golf at Tregaron in Feb.! Course conditions were prett good considering the time of year. Greens were in good condition also. Pace of play was a little slow, but understandable since everyone in Omaha wanted to play yesterday. Staff was great, as usual.

I like the layout of the links style course. It can be tight off the box to the fairway. Wish the carts had gps.

Play Tregaron a lot. convenient to metro, affordable and not without challenges. lotsa fun and four sets of tees so older players can enjoy "playing it forward." staff always courteous and helpful, too!
