Staff is not great. Course is mediocre at best. Can not recommend when there is so many better courses in the area. Kind of always been the last final resort when it comes to open tee times.
Very average
Mixed feelings on this course… let me start by saying this was over an hour drive for my wife and i. We pulled up and were immediately greeted by a very sweet front desk lady. She then proceeded to put us ahead of a large group ahead of are scheduled tee time. So all that was great… then we get on the course… man what a let down. The front 9 was covered in geese poop. You couldn’t hardly differentiate between rough and fairway.. the greens were all diseased and slow. There were no cart paths and zero signage to direct you from hole to hole.. (it got confusing on the back).
I will say the pace was decent for being a holiday.. the staff was friendly.. this is a farm course through and through.. if your looking for manicured and upscale then pay a little more and go down the road to madison country club. This course was nothing like what the reviews indicated.. i would not call this a hidden gem unless your just going out for swings and dont care about course quality.
Decent
Coarse was in decent condition considering how much rain we had the previous day
Nice course
Course was in great condition. Large smooth greens.
Mapleridge
Fairways and green's are good. Sand traps are neglected. Pace of play and course layout makes it a great time. I always enjoy playing there.
Decent shape
Overall the course was in pretty good condition except the tee boxes could use some work and they definitely need some water!! They were bone dry and it was hard to find a spot to put the tee in. Overall though we enjoyed the course and will play it again.
Maple ridge a hidden gem
My 1st time playing here, very friendly staff and eager to help. Course was in great condition and the layout is a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend to all looking for a challenge.
Course needs work
sand traps are terrible. course need grass in areas. Upkeep of course needs attention.
