Great Cours
The course was in great shape. We enjoyed our round very much. The pace of play was very good also.

I have played several times now at this course and enjoy it very much. It is very scenic and well taken care of.
Beware of online booking!
I got down there after booking through tee off to see the rnd+cart is .75 less than what I paid online! And that includes a thirty percent off promo code from tee off!!! So basically the other guys behind me paid like 44/pp for their round. If they don’t want to give any deals, I suggest they withdraw from tee off and Golfnow ASAP. This came off as a bait & switch money grab and I am not happy with either party involved. Just play it straight and not list a rate that’s ten dollars over everyday pricing. Ok rant over. The course is in so so shape and you can tell down by the river it has a long way to come back. Greens otherwise were great. Pace of play was dismal, but the perfecu weather is to attribute to that I will likely play there again since I score good on the course, but I won’t book online and will be letting Tee off and Golfnow know they should just drop them.
Terrible Experience
Prepaid for round @ 5:52pm,, argued with me about my cart I already paid for. Was rushed to play 9 in an hour of time with 2.5 hours of daylight left. Honor your tee times and customer’s experience.
The flooding has been brutal on the course.
Last year Wilkshire was in great shape. This year the flooding has been brutal on the course. I don't think the staff could have done anything to prevent this, but it is going to take a lot of time and money for the course to recover.
Needs work...a lot of work
I'll just get straight to it. This course needs work, a lot of work. Plain and simple, the back 9 is a complete waste of time. Most of the back 9 holes are closed. Save yourself the time and frustration by going elsewhere.
Course Under Repair
Due to flooding, the course is in poor shape. Several holes replaced with temporary par 3’s. I would avoid till next year.
Modified course
Due to flooding the course was modified because some holes were unplayable. Played a few holes off mats. I haven’t ever played a round of 18 and had to hit off mats. Number 12 didn’t even have a green, instead it was just a hole the size of a basketball in the middle of rough on super bumpy ground. The course wasn’t worth the $25 to play and we drove over an hour to get here. Wish GolfNow would have been updated on the modified layout of the course because if so we would not have came here.
Wilkshire Golf
It took my son and I 5 hours to play 18 holes! The course is in very poor shape and I would not recommend it to anyone at this time!
Course Recovering from Flooding
Wilkshire is typically a well-maintained course with a friendly staff. While the staff remains stellar, mother nature has dealt them a rough hand this season. B/c of flooding they've had to alter the course, adding short par 3s and--inescusably--a lawn golf hole with no green (12 inch cup in patch of rough). They've lowered prices as a result, but not worth playing this season (even on a hot deal).
