Wilkshire Golf Course

Course maintained well. Fall leaves made finding balls difficult, but biggest drawback was the slow pace of play. There was a fivesome in front of us.

Even though we'd seen a lot of rain, the course held up well. I always feel like I can count on the course being in good shape, and there is enough variety in the holes that I tend to use each of the clubs in the bag. Always fun…

Love playing Wilkshire. Drive 70 miles each way to play course couple times a year. Course always in great shape. Very peaceful and serene round of golf.

Found this place an hour north of the house and decided on a road trip. GolfNow app showed a special deal for about $20 for a 3:30 tee time and cart rental. Normal rates were about $36 I believe but still after playing here and enjoying it, I'd almost pay double for a round here. Great layout and features, very smooth and fast greens. Ball washers are every hole, nice golf shop, friendly staff at the snack bar and even the course maintenance man was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Wilkshire was a lot of fun. This was my first time out and can say I enjoyed the experience. It is just challenging enough to make you have fun while not being overly difficult. I thought the course itself was absolutely beautifull. Only downfall was we were stuck behind two foursomes who were playing pretty slow. However, that's ok because any day on the course is a good day

I had a 130pm tee time and I didn't get to tee off till 240pm because they tried to pair me up with other GolfNow tee times. I understand that they might have to pair you up with others. Once I was finally paired. It was an hour after my tee time. They then paired me with some other older gentlemen that had a hard time getting out of the golf cart. It took us 2 hours to get through 2 holes. I lost 3 hours already and I had later plans so I had to leave. In 3 hours I could of been almost done with 18 holes. I paid for 18 holes and played 3 holes in 3 hours. But the golf course is beautiful and nice to play.

Great course. Fun, challenging holes along with beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.

I haven't played here in years, and the upgrades along with the maturity, aka, th. e trees have grown, made this a fairly difficult course if your drives are not accurate. Course is in fantastic condition and highly recommend it to all.

This is a fun course to play. .. great conditioning and a good layout as well. This was my fourth time on the course. I've enjoyed every time. The only complaint I may have his overcrowding on some days.

Golf course is very scenic course and fun to play. I drive 1 1/2:to play it and will do it again. Only thing I would improve on would be menu in clubhouse. Only had hot dogs. I realize that may be due to it being towards end of the season. Love the golf course.

Live in Canton and traditionally make it down to Wilkshire a few times a year... Have never been disappointed… Staff is great... courses always in great shape ...fun layout challenging but yet playable… Great practice facility… Wilkshire definitely one of my faves...

My buddy and I have not played here for quite a few years. We got a good deal on a tee time and hooked up with 2 other seniors. We had a great time but the greens were really in bad shape. The worst we had seen all season.

I very pleased with the course conditions considering how little rain the area has gotten this summer. I'm told they can pull water straigh from the nearby Tusky River which must make watering during a drought all the more possible.

The course was challenging, but fair for me (6 hdcp) from the tips and I look forward to playing here again.

While camping in the area, decided to take an afternoon and get a little golf in, this was a beautiful course, and was had for a GREAT deal on the Golfnow site. Course conditions were excellent despite the hot, dry weather, and the holes all had an identity of their own. Definitely a play again course, when I'm in this area again.

Staff was very friendly. We are in a current heat wave, but the greens and fairways were in excellent shape.

We will definitely be back.

It's was very backed up. Took 3 1/2 hours to play 9 holes. Could not get into a groove. Very disappointing. Have played there many times and usually not an issue. Was to tee off at a certain time and waited 20 extra minutes because it was backed up.

The course is in good shape. Had a little trouble getting the ball to hold on the greens but overall had a good round. Staff is extremely helpful and the other golfers were all friendly. Pace of play was good.

This is a very nice public course. Fairways are tree lined, but relatively wide ones. Greens are moderately paced. Pace of play was excellent, our twosome played in 3 hours, with only a back up when we got to #18.

Course is about 6,100 from the whites, however, the 3 finishing holes are quite short. You can make a few birdies at the end of the round here. All in all, a nice course that I would gladly play again. This is a new Golfnow course, give it a try

One of our favorite courses in the area. The course is scenic parkland with views of the Tuscarawas River. It has a nice variety of hole layouts which makes the course fun and interesting. There are tee boxes for all abilities and the yardages are fair.
