The tee boxes where decent after a lot of rain. Fairways and greens where beautiful. The rough had a lot of clover very hard to find the ball. Pace was really slow. Several times there where three groups on one hole. No cart girl on a hot day. So bring your patience and fluids. Really no interaction with staff. Other than starter. Course is very challenging and hilly a lot of blind shots. Greens rolled true but very slow.

Awesome greens and layout. Pretty challenging course with some great holes.

Greens were best I've played on a few months. Will be coming back soon... lots of fun!

Greens were very nice, good speed. Fairways and tees were also good. Rough not too high making it fairly easy to find wayward shots. A little tight with holes running parallel but not too tight. Will be back.

Like the last reviewer I have played here for years. Until last year the place was a shadow of its former self. New money has meant new bunkers with quality sand, more obvious maintenance and repaired tee boxes. There is a new patio overlooking 18th green and the indoor grill room is all new - floor, bar etc. All in all it’s great to see this back to the quality we remember. Not entirely there yet but on its way. Will be interested in locker room progress but the course is what matters and so far it looks very good.

Been playing here for yrs. I believe new management took over within the last yr. It looks to me like they're spending money here again (for a while, had the look of a place that was just being milked for whatever cash they could extract from it, with virtually no investment back in). Most of the bunkers were in disrepair, that's finally being fixed. The bar area appears to be under renovation as well. I'm happy to see it moving in the right direction. Staff are friendly, course is forgiving.

$65 a round, the bunkers were not sand they were shale,mud and weeds. The greens were air rated and there was more sand on them then in the bunkers. Will never play there again, played on better $25 courses. Absolutely Horrible. Oh and a six pack of domestic beer cost $23, what a joke!!!!

Played this course for the first time in 25 years after having played it weekly in the 90s.

The layout is lovely. The course is in great shape for August. The greens are terrific.

Like so many others have already said though, the sand traps are a sad spectacle. Zero sand. No rakes. They’ve simply given up on them.

If you can get a cheap time and don’t mind giving yourself a free drop out of what were once sand traps, play here.

It was once an immaculate golf course. Pristine. It is so very close to still being one of the best in the area. Sad to see a great course stained by penny-foolish owners.

no sand in sand traps at all. patchy fairways. fairways dried and cracked in spots. tee boxes dry and patchy as well. roughs seemed better. cart paths need assistance. greens were pretty good well watered

course has gone down hill. not worth the weekend rates. absolutely not one granule of sand in any bunkers. patches of cracked dry earth on the fairways and tee boxes, extremely dry surfaces. roughs were a little better.

Nice course. Tight fairways. Good greens. No sand in any of the sand traps. All mud,grass and stones. No rakes either but not needed as they’re isn’t a grain of sand anywhere.

Nice course everything was maintained except the sand traps. None of them had any drainage or SAND. They were mud with some larger stones and grass. They are unplayable. They don’t even pretend they’re playable as there are no rakes on course.

Course is in great condition play was manageable, very challenging. Bunkersneed work.

Great course for the money, but please just put sand in the bunkers, it was shocking how little they care about the bunkers when the greens and fairways were in great condition!! Give me sand!! Steal some from the jersey shore guys, it was appalling the bunker conditions, otherwise it’s a great track for $30 including a cart!!

N they were unplayable. I was told they will be repairing them. I hope they do the rest of the course was In great condition. Played in a little over 4 hours. Enjoyed the day. Staff was friendly.
