Harbor Pines Golf Club
About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

Great weather
5 hour round, greens were bumpy. Overall day was nice. Outside patio was closed as was bar.
Harbor pines
Staff was exceptional, course was in good shape. Disappointed the snack bar was closed. Wanted to grab lunch after 9 with my son and I could not believe we could.not get anything to eat or drink. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous.
Great Day
Hadn’t played this course in ~12 years. Everything from the course to the staff has remained as first-rate as it was. Course was soggy but that was understandable given the heavy rains of the prior two days. Greens were a bit unpredictable due to recent aeration. All in all though, the course was in fantastic shape for this time of year. My son and I look forward to playing here again this season as the weather gets nicer. The experience at Harbor Pines is well-worth the hour drive!
Green conditions POOR
90 percent of the green are in rough shape due to aeration done a few days ago.
I wish I new this before I book the tee time.
Decent challenge
decent challenge for this time of year greens were aerated and bouncy.
Nice day out
The course was in good condition, however, it was cart path only on the front 9 for some reason, unless they never took down the sign. It was not wet.
There was no snack cart, or ranger. We got backed up after 9 and had to wait on every shot untill the end of the round.
Seems to happen everywhere anymore.
All in all, the course was in good shape and we had I nice time.
I would play here more often, but they seem to price themselves a bit higher than comparable courses in the area.
Had a 4th cancel but no refund
Course and staff great. 4th golfer had an emergency dentist appointment and couldn’t make it but no refund or credit issued. Was told that since we booked through golf now there was nothing they could do. Would really appreciate a credit for the round of possible. Overall course was in good shape. Only other issue was they just worked on greens so they weren’t the greatest. Booked another round for 2 on Golf Now for Thursday at Harbor Pines. Only had to do deposit instead of full amount. Please advise. Thanks for your time
Mr. Winston
It’s March, you can’t expect excellence. Price was right.
Harbor Pines
Started off the back 9, the front 9 was bring aerated. Course is in good condition and the staff is super friendly. See you next week again
Greens were horrible. I understand it’s early but hurt my score.
Poorly Run
Have had several issues with this course over the years. About a year ago we showed up for a round and the course had decided to close because of rain from the day before. We were never notified and GolfNow was never notified.
Today 3/2021, we showed up about 15 minutes early for our tee time and we’re told that we would have to wait for 1+ hour or more due to “frost delays”. Keep in mind our tee time was around 11am. We ended up cancelling our tee time and played elsewhere. There are too many courses in this area to have to deal with issues this from them on a consistent basis. Course is in decent shape but they seem to always pile everyone in. Save yourself the headache and play elsewhere.
Great course
Considering the time of year the course is well maintained. Will play again.
