About
Brookledge Golf Club sprawls across more than 120 acres of gently rolling hills and mature woodlands. The course is an Arthur Hills design and considered one of the finest public golf courses in northeast Ohio. Originally opened in 1988, the course later underwent a major renovation that included the installation of a new aeration system and the replacement of all the sand traps. The golf course is challenging with trees lining the fairways and framing the greens, leaving little room for error off the tees or on the approaches. The greens are subtly elevated and well protected by mounding and bunkers. Brookledge Golf Club's tricky putting surfaces have mild undulations that can cause subtle breaks in putts. Trees play a more prominent role on the back nine, especially on the closing holes.

Over booked
A nice course in good condition. I have a hunch that because of covid 19 Brookledge has had a slow start to the year. They delayed t times by 30 minutes and had the course so full that it took over 3 hours to play 9 holes. Had a 10:52 t time and figured it would be about 6pm before we finished. Stopped playing after 9 holes even though we paid for 18. Put a sour note on a otherwise Happy Father's Day.

Carts were clean and Sanitized. We started at 9:10 , didn’t finish until 1:30. Play was slow, but the course was in excellent shape. Greens are lightning fast . I will definitely book another round at this course and will highly recommend it

A great Sunday...
Heard good things and decided to give it a try - especially because of the great Sunday rate I found as a single. Got paired with an awesome twosome that didn't mind oat all me playing the back tees.
Course is in great condition, well manicured and the greens were perfect and rolled true. You may look at the the yardage and think this course is short but not matter what tees you play you'll hit every club in the bag. I highly recommend this course.

So there’s a geriatric league at 8ams on Tuesday’s that pretty much owns the course, our group and 4/5 others just had to sit and wait for them to play. Backed up on back 6 hour 18, can’t play on Tuesday’s

Great condition
As always the course is in Great Condition the green are in excellent condition , pace of play was awesome 4:10 for 18 hole with a foursome. Thanks to the great people at Brookledge.

The course is in great condition
Absolutely love playing here. Today, however, was very disappointing. Didn’t play until 1:24, and the greens had not been cut or rolled. I never mind paying more in the weekends, but the greens should be cut/rolled every Saturday/Sunday. Other than that, no complaints. Love it there, and all the staff!

Golf now VIP gets jobbed out of tee times
As a golf now vip, I was called a day before my 9 tee times and told they were all cancelled by the course. Only reason was ‘overbooked’. Made tee time 4-5 days before actual time. Golf now could do nothing about it.

Course Conditions Good but my Nephew was not allowed to ride in cart with his Dad
While the course conditions were great our experience was dampened due to the fact my 10 year old nephew was told he was not allowed to ride in a cart with my brother in law who is his DAD and was forced to walk...While everyone is concerned about Coronavirus sometimes common sense needs to prevail when a 10 year is not permitted to ride in a cart with his father who he lives with...With wet conditions my Nephew said after the round his "feet felt like ice cubes, they are cold...wet and sore..." after the round. While everyone wants to feel safe during these times, these mitigating conditions actually put my nephews health at risk by making him walk alone. The staff at Brookledge didn't seem to worried about that. The staff stated this was a rule of the Summit County Health Department....We have played other courses in Summit County and around the area during this Pandemic and never had an issue until now. If restrictions like this are in place they should be noted on the golf now reservation form.

10th green closed
10th green has a temporary green in the fairway — their tearing out the steep bunker that protected the green. Looked like it’s gonna be outta commission for awhile.
