About
Roses Run Country Club is touted as being northeast Ohio's toughest public golf course. The course has an interesting mix of holes from lengthy par 4s to tough par 3s and reachable par 5s. The front nine is a traditional links layout while the back nine hugs the Cuyahoga River with winding fairways that melt into fast, sloping greens. The layout incorporates a variety of elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. There are also water hazards and strategically placed bunkers coming into play throughout. Roses Run Country Club will require some creative shot-making and the use of every club in your bag. It's a formidable layout that will test even the most skilled players. There is a driving range and practice putting green you can use for warming up, which might be a good idea before taking on this tough course.

Well…
This is not my 1st or 10th time playing this course. This round was so off the normalcy. 5 1/2 hrs to golf a round. No rangers. (2) groups 2 guys each in front of us and were the slowest people I have ever seen.
There was clumps of dying cut grass all over the place as well. I was shocked to see the standards of this course slipping. I hope they can pull it together.
Rough was 6” long and untouched. The ground was soaking wet after 2 days of dryness there was standing water everywhere.
Nice course, enjoy playing it.
Has a fun time playing with two younger gentlemen and were good golfers. Other than some of the rough in certain areas were a little high that day, but overall it was fair.
A Must Play!
This course is beautiful, challenging, and deserving of your respect. It is a must play.

Great day, especially for March 9th. Weather was great. Customer service was fantastic and very helpful As we had some questions since this was our first time playing the course. Course was in good shape and the greens were fantastic, especially for this time of year. Looking forward to playing the course again.

This course is definitely in my rotation. The greens are in excellent condition and the rest of the course is good with some tee boxes and spots in the fairway getting a little torn up. Unlike most courses, the sand traps have ample sand and are well cared for. I really enjoy the layout with a good variety of holes and shots. The houses shouldn’t come into play as they are well separated from the fairways and greens. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.
