About
Glenross Golf Club seamlessly blends elements of traditional design with more modern features. Formerly known as Tanglewood Golf Course, five new holes were added in an extensive renovation. The original 13 holes were also redesigned from tee to green. The mature oak trees were carefully maintained though and still come into play along the fairways in addition to the hundreds of trees that were added. The gentle hills provide rolling fairways and undulating greens that demand accuracy. There are seven ponds and a meandering creek that come into play throughout as well as some 50 sand traps strategically placed along the greensides. Glenross Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3 14th, which requires a carry over water to a small green but the most difficult hole comes earlier. The par-4 fifth has towering trees to the left, bunkers to the right, and a creek crossing the fairway.

The roughs were too high from not cutting. I struggled getting out of the roughs.
Good layout, good condition, rough is LONG
Fun course at a good value. Greens, fairways, and tees are in good shape. The rough is extremely penal, especially around the greens. Should cut the rough shorter in the spring. Otherwise, great course.
Agreed! We spent ample time looking for shots just off the fairway and around the greens. We even lost a few balls in this same rough that should have been findable.

Great local course
other than the normal wet conditions you'd expect in central ohio after numerous recent rain days, the course was in good early-season shape. We were able to get a twosome out w/ 4hrs notice at 5:51 and finished 9 by sunset 7:40ish.

Cheap yet effective
The course was soaking wet so I’d like to preface with that because I do believe it probably shaped a Large portion of my opinions of the course. All the Par 3s were very easy and I enjoyed that but I Felt like the layout was pretty standard. Nothing that really blew my mind. Staff was moderately friendly. I think in the summer when the course is firm this is very score able and could be fun for people of all skill levels. Not pebble beach but also not your local muni

Central Ohio public golf at its finest. 65+ dollars on a weekend for a 5 hour round and average everything.
Starter
Course was in good shape and always enjoy coming here. The only issue we had was the extreme rudeness of the starter. I didn't catch his name, but he was insulting when we were early, then insulting again when we were heading to the tee box.

Great layout, and challenging greens.
First time playing here, late season, course and greens in great shape. The sand traps were pretty washed out, but we’ve had some heavy rain for late fall, so no foul.
