Opened in 1916 as a nine-hole course, Fostoria Golf Club is one of the oldest courses in northwest Ohio. It has seen many changes over the years but through it all, the course has become one of the area's finest public venues, boasting some of the best greens you'll find in northwest Ohio. One of the biggest changes to the golf course occurred in 1971 when Ohio native Jack Kidwell redesigned and expanded the layout to a full 18 holes. The course will test you with strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, which include a meandering creek that cuts across three different fairways. The narrow, tree-lined fairways will further test your accuracy. Though Fostoria Golf Club dates back to the turn of the century, the amenities are completely modern, most notably the GPS-equipped golf carts that provide precise distance information.

Wonderful course
Course was in the best shape of any course in the Toledo area. Well worth the drive to Fostoria. Fairways and green were meticulously maintained. Will definitely return.
Can’t beat it!
Made about a hour drive to play FCC, got a great rate on golf now. What a great course, very scoreable. The staff was fabulous!! I’ll be playing here again, as well as the other affiliated courses, based one the experience I had here. Give them a try I don’t see how you couldn’t be please!
Staff friendliness
We were delayed from our scheduled start time by a late starting outing in front of us. Friendly staff offered us a complimentary beer and slotted us up in the starting order. They handled the situation in a fashion that made us feel as appreciated guests.
This Course is about as good as it gets for the money
Course was in fantastic shape. Everything but the Bunkers was great. Bunker condition can be forgiven based on the amount of rain the area has received this year. Clubhouse and Staff were awesome. Cant wait ti go back.

found some water that i did not know about, drive ahead and check out hole before you hit lol
fairways very good, greens very good. ruff was rough. but it is dry (drought)
