About
The City of Hamilton offers two municipal courses, the championship Twin Run Golf Course and the regulation-length Potters Golf Course. They both provide some of the most affordable rounds in the area. Although Potters is the easier of the two courses, it's still a fun layout that has become a favorite with locals. It's ideal for beginners but also great for a quick round no matter what skill level. The back nine plays especially fast. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers and subtle elevation changes to contend with. Potters Golf Course may not be the most challenging round you've ever played but the casual atmosphere and fun layout shouldn't be overlooked. It's also conveniently located less than an hour from both Cincinnati and Dayton.

Affordable and challenging
The staff is was friendly and helpful. Course is well maintained even in winter.
Nice day in December for golf

Funky layout but challenging course!!!
The pace of play was terrible as we timed a 4some
In front of us take 9 mins on the green. Once we got around them on the back 9 the pace of play picked up.
Nice well maintained city course
Played this course 4-5 times and always find it enjoyable. There are several elevations for some holes with nice views. Course management comes into play on several holes requiring proper club selections and ball placement. Greens recently treated but in good condition overall.

Course in great shape. Challenging holes but short course.
Needed a round of golf
In the city for va ca and needed to get in a round of golf. Second time playing here. Course was in great shape. I was a single and so the pace was not going to be the best and it was understood going in.
I got what i needed and at a good price. Thanks and may return on a future visit.
Beautiful Course with a relaxed pace!
I moved to Ohio last October and have golfed about 12 different courses in the Cincinnati area since. This is easily my favorite course that I’ve played yet. Very well taken care of with a wonderful layout, relaxed state of play, and very friendly staff! I’ll be back for sure!!!
My new favorite hidden gem
This place is very nice, the hot deal I got was amazing and the regular price with bo discount is also very reasonable. I was shocked at how nice the course was, the staff was extremely professional and friendly as well.
The course layout is like something I have never played,there are some very challenging holes to say the least. I was lucky enough to pair up with a regular at the course and he gave me much help. There are a lot of trees, doglegs and changes in elevation to make the course challenging and fun.
If I lived closer to this course I would more than likely buy a membership here. I almost don't want to write this review and keep this beautiful course a secret. Go play this course if you can, it is incredible.
Holy breakfast ball!!
Had a 730 tee time, there were already three groups in front of me and the group directly in front of me each guy hit two or three shots every shot. Hey guys, everyone doesn’t need to drive to each ball and watch the other guy hit. Hurry the heck up there are people behind you…oh and btw, if there’s a single behind you that’s playing faster than the three of you, let him pass. Worst golf experience I’ve had in a very long time!

I played here for the first time today, The staff was friendly and professional and the course was in great shape. This course has a very interesting layout and is rather challenging.
The only drawbacks I had from my experience today was the greens and tea boxes being too close together on some holes. Navigating the course can be challenging at times two as there are no signs directing you to the next hole, luckily I paired up with a local and he showed me around.
I will 100% be back to play again, this is one of the mivest courses in the area in my opinion.

Strange set up with long part 3' but short 4 and 5's. Fairways and greens in fine shape
