Twin Run Golf Course

About
Twin Run Golf Course is a municipal course in Hamilton, recognized for being the third best city in Ohio for golf, and one of the top 100 in the country. The course is popular for its affordable rates and the challenging but playable layout. At just over 6,500 yards from the back tees, it is not an overly long course but it offers some fairly difficult holes. The fairways are very player friendly though, providing some room for error, but accuracy should still be a priority. The layout is diverse enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It is not too intimidating for beginners but it's still a fun round for better players. Twin Run G.C. is known for being one of the area's best values, especially when you take into account the excellent conditions on the greens and fairways.

Incredible Value
Twin Run Golf Course was in phenomenal shape, considering that it was the end of June and there has been virtually no rain or that they do not appear to have ponds to draw from. It was as nice as any course that I have played this season. The fairways and greens were immaculate. Pace of play was good on a Friday and the value is unmatched for the golf experience.
It’s Okay
Nothing spectacular or special about this track. Girl at the counter is not very friendly. Course is fairly well maintained, but layout is mediocre at best. Maybe 1 or 2 “good golf holes,” the rest are typical municipal layout. Later in the day, nicer courses can be played for less money.
Great day at Twin Run!
Course was in great shape and the weather was perfect. The wind was a little challenging so high shots were being moved around a bit but other than that, it was sad to finish. A cold beer after was some consolation but not much.
Course in spectacular condition
The grounds crew is working everyday to keep course in super shape. Never disappointed with course just my score!
Ponds are terrible
On the front nine holes #3 and #5 have a tremendous amount of green slime. If they want to be known as an excellent course in Butler County Ohio, they need to fix their ponds. It gives the course a bad taste to golfers.. If they want to be known as an excellent course in Butler County Ohio, they need to fix then or drain them.
In great shape
Course is in great shape for a municipal course. Tea boxes and greens were in good shape. Greens were a little slow and is per public courses not everybody repairs the ball marks very well. Maintenance crew is doing an incredible job of keeping everything alive and green
Ponds and are an eye sore.
Hole 3 has a pond that is nothing but green slime and hole #5 is a green slime as well. If they want to compare to Indian Ridge Golf Course their ponds are clear.
Whole course was backed up.Course starter could care less.
Be ready to wait 5-10 minutes a hole. Took over 3 hours to play 15 holes. Outrageous
Nice city course
Nice city course. Only complaint is there was ZERO water coolers on the course to fill up water bottles when it was 95 degrees out.
Nice layout with forgiveness on some mishits off the fairways. Rough mowed nicely. Greens and tee beds very nicely maintained.
First time playing but the course played very fair. Greens rolled out great. Course was in excellent condition. Will play again.
