Holes yet fast on others I will play again

Our party went into the pro shop and the staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. We arrived early and they put us right out on the course. Although the starter was not as personable.
Once on the course we played a brisk round of golf even though there were groups in front of us.
The tee boxes were in good condition and the fairways were very well maintained as well as the greens. The course was fairly difficult with several doglegs which added an extra challenge if you did not know the layout. This course was a good find and I would recommend it to anyone for an enjoyable round of golf.

Pitman is a course that you can count on to be well maintained. It's a shorter course, and there quite a few holes that even the average golfer can birdie. The greens have come back very nicely from the recent aeration last month. Worth it for $30-$35

Great day of golfing. Very good pace, as we played in 3.5 hours and it was crowded. Lots of twosomes who press to play through though, even at the excellent pace we played. Annoying. However what takes the cake is the girl in the Snack Shack, and the reason for the one star: I have played golf all over the country, and never have I encountered a more rude person in my life. Pitman Management: The girl in the Shack must go. Put her on a mower. Seriously. She just sits there with headphones on and ignores customers all day anyway. Did she notice why her tip jar is empty??? Geez.

A short, open course. Really enjoyed the round. It's not overly challenging save for one or two holes but it's a lot of fun. The course is very well kept.

Course was in good shape and pace of play was excellent. The biggest and most glaring issue is the starter. Probably the most unfriendly and rude starter I've ever experienced. He is the main reason for the negative review. He did not allow our 4th to come into our group late who was held up at his job. Gave the group attitude right from the start and is the most strict starter as he told us how and where to park our carts after the round. Intentionally started us later because his friends were going off in the group behind us.

Course is well maintained and staff is very friendly. Def would play again

Gold was in good shape fro lack of rain recently. Good job ground crew.

This course is in excellent condition. The layout of the course is great. They have course rangers who keep the pace of play moving well. They provide water on numerous holes and bathroom facilities on the course. I highly recommend this course.

Pretty much wide open course.Flat, as is to be expected in South Jersey. Fairways, greens tee boxes all in great shape, which is more than I can say for my game. But the course and staff are very good, exceptional value. I will play it again soon.

Pitman is an awesome course! The tee boxes are in excellent condition and overall condition of the course is beautiful. I recommend this course to everyone!

Have played this course many times and it is always in good condition. The fairways were cut and gave you good lies. However, the rough was rather thick and the ball settled down making it difficult to get real good hits out of it. The greens rolled smoothly but were a little on the slow side.

This is an amateur golfers paradise! This is of course I can see myself playing every week and not getting tired of it.

Course was nice. A little soft. Pace of play was good. No idiots in front of me.

I have always heard good things about this course, and it certainly meet expectations in playing two consecutive days. The staff was a friendly and course in good shape. It has a forgiving layout if you pull or slice a ball, but also some very difficult holes such as 12 where ball placement is critical. A few short par 3's also given you a chance to stick a tee shot close to the pin

I book this on golf now for $50 for two people, $25/ person. A minute later the price went down to $10/person. And I mean less than a minute. Not cool by golf now.

will play there again, my son and I go there every year around the holidays. Its a great way to teach your son how to play golf.

I have played on this course many times and it still amazes me how they keep this course prestine. Keep the great work to all!!!

I play about 40 to 50 times a year mostly in New Jersey and South Pennsylvania areas. This course is a great bang for the buck it's an above average course for a great price

Was a pretty chilly day with very few groups on the course. Finished the round in 3 hours and the course was in great shape.
