Wedgwood Country Club
About
Wedgewood Country Club in Turnersville is one of the most popular public golf courses in the Tri-State area. It offers an upscale atmosphere with a traditional layout that pays homage to Philadelphia's most prestigious and renowned private courses. The course is like playing two in one with a front nine that is spacious and open while the back nine is much tighter and more heavily tree lined. The entire Wedgewood layout sprawls across gentle undulating terrain, providing subtle breaks throughout that will test your skills. There are two holes that are particularly memorable, the 13th, one of the toughest par 4s in the area, and the 17th, a tough par 5. The 13th is a lengthy par 4 that requires a second shot over water with a long club to a difficult target. Wedgewood Country Club's penultimate hole demands accuracy with an uphill drive through a chute.

Not Worth the Money
Hardly anyone on the course. The condition of the course was terrible. Fairways were subpar and the greens were deplorable.
Overpriced and in rough shape
Course has potential but man there are some rough spots. A lot of greens have dozens of unrepaired ball marks and even some areas where it looks like clubs have been taken to them. Geese poop everywhere, rocks in bunkers, and other signs of disrepair are all over. Even the cart GPS/geofencing is obnoxious. They need to put up some more cart signs so you know where not to drive instead of waiting for it to tell you you're in a restricted area. The course itself presents a good challenge and the layout could be solid but lack of maintenance is really holding it back. It's a good track to work on certain parts of your game but charging $85+ for a weekend tee time is borderline robbery.
Conditions are poor
The geese run this course , weeds on the greens and tee boxes make this course feel like a shell of what it could be
Wedgewood
Your star ratings do not work. I click and nothing happens. It is NOT me.
The course was much too expensive for what it offers. The grounds are in poor shape which is why you do not get the bookings you should. You purposed gouged player because it was Father's day.
The holes are decent and challenging. You need to put 1M or more into basic landscaping. It could be a very nice course.
Pennsuaken, Westwood and even Rmablewood are in much better shape.
It is nice that the carts have GPS. However you need the yellow lines on the screen telling us the restricted areas. Its useless and a pain now. You cannot tell where the restricted areas are. It was a five hour round and we were a 2 some. NO reason for this.
Prehaps pure greed, You booked too many for fathers day?
Pretty good course if they took care of you better for the money you pay
The course itself was very nice but all of the trash cans were full at every single hole and you can only get a drink after the 9th- not worth $80+ a piece that we paid - was still happy to golf with the family though and I hit some nice ones so there’s that. It would be cool to bring your own cooler
Nothing Changes
Don't understand the operating plan for this course or if there is even one, the layout is better than most, but conditions never get any better than fair, bunkers are full of stones, areas around tee box and greens are hit and miss on any real grass, as I see it maintenance only applies to mowing fairways and greens, too much crabgrass already and it is not even summer yet.
Only play here because I can get a rate under $40 otherwise play Pitman or Pennsauken.
Good course I just think the price is a little steep for the condition of it is all
Pace of play was horrific. finished 45 min behind pace. 18 holes took 5.5 hrs.
