The course was lush and green throughout. Greens very consistent with avg speed. Fairways and tee boxes were great. Course is not marked well for distances.

Congrats to the staff there at Pitman Golf Club for terrific playing conditions! Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are all in excellent shape! The best I've ever seen in over 40 years of playing the course! Only glitch is that they are rebuilding #14 tee, so temporary tee on that hole but still playable!

The course was a good value, $38 on golf now. But was very crowded and the pace was extremely slow. Left after 4 hours and only played 15 holes. Course was just crowded and no marshalls to help speed anyone along.

The condition of the course and pratice area is very good for this price. Most of the staff and clientele are very old and everything is very slow here. Nothing against our senior citizens but if you are 65 or younger, you would be a youngster.

No lie; there was a guy in the group in front of me that had an oxygen tank. God bless him for being out there, but I really don't want to be behind this group.

I look at this course as a good practice course. It is very short (5700 from the whites) and very playable. Not sure what is the best time to play here, but the last few times have been extremely slow.

Shot over to Pitman Golf Course when a late decision to play came in. Twilight with Cart $38 dollars. The starter sent off a single, twosome, single, my twosome and another twosome behind us. We offered to pair up with people on the tee boxes and they didn't want to. Early in the summer, late spring I would recommend this course to everyone, it's pretty easy not overly priced and the bar/restaurant Bogey's is pretty good. Yesterday tee boxes were mostly shot from dead crab grass and repair and the greens were like putting over chewed up bubble gum made into a mat.

I wouldn't play this course for a last minute even if there was no where else to go due to the price they charge for a twilight and the conditions it is in right now, I would pass and hit the range.

Nice little course with a few interesting holes.

Overall playing conditions are good with the exception of a few weak spots in two of the fairways.

Greens are in very good shape, however, not as smooth as I would like.

When reserved through GolfNow, this is a very good course for the money.

Will definitely play here again.

Not the most exciting layout or views, but for the price this course offers superb conditions on a playable but challenging course. Don't let the short yardage fool you, there are some par 4s that play quite long.
There is an imbalance of dogleg lefts that may not appeal to the slicer; and some greens that are overly close to tee boxes. But these are minor complaints compared to the value the course offers.

I play Pitman frequently. The course is in great shape. The greens are true but a little slower than earlier years, probably Stimp at 9 instead of 10 as before. It is good to be with someone with local knowledge, especially for 5 doglegs left, 5,6,9, 10 and 11. They have discounts for Gloucester county residents and seniors. The staff is friendly and courteous. Nice course. Good value

We were very pleased with the course conditions and the staff. We did hovever get paired up with another guy and that wasn't a good idea. He was rushing to get the round in and we felt we had to keep up with him. No one else on the course but we felt rushed all day. I wish they would not pair you up especially when the course is not that busy.

No hassle at all. Sent off early when foursome showed up. Nice golf course.

W'd played before but now I appreciate better conditions. w'll repeat. the course for me is challenge and like this; we rotate among others courses but we consider it as one of the better.

Didn't know what to expect. Reviews were accurate on the condition. Greens were the best I've played yet. Pace was slow, but it was Sunday. We had fun playing this course. Pretty much wide open
Only 2 par 5's. But that didn't matter.

I have played this course over the years and it is in the best shape ever. Very well maintained with true rolling greens, nicely cut rough and great fairways. It was a pleasure playing here and I can't wait to go again.

The course is in great shape. The lay out is good for amateur golfers. I will be back.

Played a round of golf on Good Friday. Never played this course before so didn't know what to expect going in. Pro shop was nice but didn't spend much time inside. Paid for a small bucket of range balls before we teed off. Driving range could of been better but it was fine just to hit a few before teeing off. Overall the course was in good shape fairways where good, greens where in a nice condition and fast when we played, tee boxes where in nice shape as well. All the holes are very short expect maybe 3 or 4. Overall we had good weather and a nice round of golf. The only poor thing I would say is the food/drink if your big into that when you golf. They only had a little snack bar at the 9th hole.
