About
Fox Hollow Golf Course in Somerville sprawls across acres of rolling woodlands, offering dramatic elevation changes throughout the par-70 layout. Designed by local designer Hal Purdy, the abundant trees and hilly terrain have been deftly incorporated into the course. Originally built in 1967, the golf course was completely redesigned in 2000 to make it more challenging while at the same time improving its playability. Since its renovation, it has garnered a local following but it is still one of the better kept secrets of Somerset County, making it likely that golfers will be able to play the golf course regardless of the day or time. In addition to the course, there is also a practice facility with a grass driving range, a bunkered practice green, and an expansive putting green. One reason Fox Hollow G.C. is a popular choice, besides the enjoyable layout, is the affordability it offers.

Good course.
Course was fun. Challenging without being overly frustrating. Will play again.
Bang for your buck!
Fox Hollow was a steal for $40 per player (cart included) when I saw the deal I jumped on it. Get ready for a challenge with side hill lies all day. Cart path only made it rough but can't complain overall. We drove a decent 40 minutes and would come back.
Great view overlooking a tricky long par 3 18th hole with a burger and a beer, you can't go wrong.
The course was in winter conditions so understandable the everything was not fine tuned.

Course was in awesome shape for the winter season!!!
Greens were rolling true
Mostly dry after recent rain
Staff friendly. Pace was good. Being winter, the greens were slow and unfortunately the first 3 groups off the tee, we were the 4th, just didn't do a great job fixing their pitch marks. Was glad that they're getting better clearing leaves, especially on the long downhill 15th.
