Neshanic Valley Golf Course - Meadow/Lake Course

Have not played the course in two years; however, it was in great shape, fairways beautiful as well as the greens and bunkers in very nice shape. The wind was horrific and could not finish round since was too difficult to play with the 25-45 mph winds. The drawbacks of the course, no water on the course to drink, although use to give out complimentary bottles and the carts are regulated not to go above 10 mph and shut off once you get near the green or out of bounds, kind of a pain in the neck. The staff was very kind in that my father had a difficult time walking so they adjusted his cart to get closer to the greens. I would definitely recommend the course, bring your own water and understand the carts are extremely slow

Course condition great and we enjoyed our round. Lakes course was challenging but playing on it was fun. We would soon be returning back.

Everything was perfect but green is pretty slower than expected

Beautiful course with three excellent public 9 hole courses and a grass driving range. They also have a private academy range and academy course. They alternate which two night holes you play and that keeps the pace of play going well. Course was in great shape and pace of play was good. Had another great time as usual here! Definitely one of the top public places to play in New Jersey.

This is over an hour away from me but we make an effort to get here at least once a year. Weather was perfect. Course was in excellent shape as always.

One of the best I have played in NJ. Up there with Balleyowen.

Great course, always fun to play. The only issue i have is even if you hit a good ball, it can be hard to find. The rough and fescue is deep and can be hard to find a ball even right off the fairway

Great course. Greens, tee boxes, and fairways were in great condition and well maintained. Starter was kind and helpful for getting everything going. Only complaint was the course was backup up the wazoo, on 4 holes we were waiting 10-15 minutes to tee off. Other than that course and staff were fantastic.

The course is in wonderful shape and entirely playable despite some tougher layouts. Theres plenty of open landing areas and score-able opportunities.

Golf Now or course should inform us about Aeration of green at the time of booking. We love this course and we would not have booked this tee time if we knew about green condition even with discounted rate. Very disappointed. I would not play there for another week or 2. Everything else was great.

great course in good shape.... gotten a bit pricey last several years, but I snagged a hot deal and played for $57.00 w cart...its a good course in good shape... enjoy

Neshanic is one of the best courses in the state. This is not a grip and rip off the tees place. You have to play almost every club in your back and hit targets on many holes. Conditions are always topt notch and the grounds crew deserves a raise.
