About
Marysville Golf Club has been one of the most popular public golfing options in the area since it opened as a nine-hole course in 1932. A second nine was added in the 70s, completing the layout as it exists today. Save for a few mild undulations the course is mostly flat, providing an enjoyable walk. The fast bentgrass greens provide a good opportunity to use your short game skills. There are a few small ponds that come into play as well as a meandering stream. While there isn't a plentiful amount of bunkers there are enough strategically placed throughout to provide a fair challenge. Marysville Golf Club is not overly difficult but the versatile layout has a playability that will appeal to players of all skill levels.

Just Okay
This course is just okay. The greens and fairways are nice but overall I wasn’t blown away. Layout wasn’t anything memorable. The tee boxes definitely need some love and there were quite a few dumpy empty bunkers that I really wish were filled with sand. I’d play again but it wouldn’t be in my top 5 go to’s in Central Ohio.
Good value for the price
Played a twilight round here as there was a great price and I just needed to get out and hit some balls. The front nine is fairly straightforward with the back offering some more challenging layouts. The course is in decent condition, the greens were in good shape when I played. There was no one playing on a weeknight hardly so if you’re looking to play a self scramble and work on your game, this is the spot. I’d go 4 stars with the value you get but holy crap is the cart path a spine snapper.
Good value course.
Played for the first time on a “twilight” tee time on a whim. This course is a ways away from the city but is not a cow pasture by any means. Layout is decent but not super challenging, greens are in good shape and best of all there was no wait whatsoever after 5 on a weekday so pace of play was rapid. If you are looking for a place to hit your clubs and get an afternoon round in, give this place a shot. It’s in good enough shape and is good value.
Oh, the cart path is a bumpy disaster. Oh well.
Course OK..Restroom not so much!
The Health department needs to check the mens restroom out, they would surely close it to use by the public.
Love this course
Have played this course 3 times in the last two weeks. Just moved out to the area and thought that I would try it. Rewarded for good shots, and not to punished for poor shots. Finished in under 3 hours (2 players).
Will play it again soon.
Just meh
Course is in decent condition and the layout is nice. Long par threes and short par 5s. The greens were running so slow and really altered your scoring. Might as well whip out a wedge if you had more than 15 feet to the hole. Greens need a fresh cut and roll.

Overall, I like this course and will play it whenever I am able. However, a couple things could make it just a little bit better experience. There were several fivesome‘s out on a Saturday afternoon, which slowed things down a bit. And most of the sand traps were unplayable. Other than that, the fairways were in good shape and so are the greens and the staff was very friendly.
Fix the address Golf Now!
Used the address in my confirmation email and it dumped me in a random neighborhood 15 minutes away from the course! Please update this GolfNow staff!
Nice course, nothing spectacular. Decent pace of play for Memorial Day even though shockingly there was no starter. I could have done without one or two of the doglegs but overall decent course kept in nice shape. Was in from out of town and this turned out to be a solid choice.
