About
Marysville Golf Club has been one of the most popular public golfing options in the area since it opened as a nine-hole course in 1932. A second nine was added in the 70s, completing the layout as it exists today. Save for a few mild undulations the course is mostly flat, providing an enjoyable walk. The fast bentgrass greens provide a good opportunity to use your short game skills. There are a few small ponds that come into play as well as a meandering stream. While there isn't a plentiful amount of bunkers there are enough strategically placed throughout to provide a fair challenge. Marysville Golf Club is not overly difficult but the versatile layout has a playability that will appeal to players of all skill levels.

Best in Marysville?!
I'd say the only course in the immediate Marysville area that can probably top the Marysville Golf Course is the Darby Creek course (and I'm only speaking about their front 9 - and this is definitely because of bias of my love for Links courses).
Marysville is a very fun, yet challenging course. Their Hole 2 - Par 3 is (in my opinion) the most difficult hole on the course aside from the Hole 7 - Par 5 and it's because those two greens are particularly challenging as heck!
The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, especially when they deal with GolfPass/GolfID issues.
The food is good, the drinks are priced okay, and they do offer an indoor simulator! If you're a newer golfer and want to play a quality, yet affordable course, hit up marysville GC :)
Great conditions, especially greens
This course just keeps getting better and better. New owner, and putting money back into course, clubhouse, and all new carts next year! I recommend this course.

This is thee best I've ever seen this course yesterday! Greens were FAST, rolled pretty true...fairways looking great! Can't beat it for the $!! I'm going back tomorrow!

slick greens & blowing leaves
Over all, the course was in great condition, the greens were very very fast with slopes (no level putts) which made the play very challenging (a lot of three putts), there were tough pin placements on every green. But it was great to get outdoors and the high scores were acceptable.

it was a pleasant surprise on how great the course condition was, the fairways were as good as you would want and the greens were smooth and fairly fast, definitely not slow. It was only my second visit here and I'm sure we will visit again.

No Frills great value
Golf carts need updating, course well irrigated and maintained best shape in 3 years. Good course for all levels.

Nice Course for old average golfers
Overall is course that was in good condition, greens were very goid and fairways were very good. The course was in better condition than expected. The cost wss great using Golfpass. Cart paths need work, but that could cause higher green fees

One of the Best Value Courses in Columbus
I’ll set the scene, it’s a gorgeous September day in Columbus. It also happens to be a Sunday, probably should be one of the busiest golf days of the year. Now, I had never been to Marysville GC before… first impressions were rather bleak. The parking lot is battered and riddled with potholes; the clubhouse isn’t much better either.
I went inside to check-in, staff were very helpful and had us on our way almost immediately.
The course itself is really where this place shines. It just has this vibe to it, almost like a place where golf is meant to be played. It is in really phenomenal shape considering the price point. Greens are like rocks, they will not hold anything. They aren’t fast but in INCREDIBLE shape considering the price. The tee boxes aren’t in bad shape either, they are rather long but not many divots. The fairways are in great shape as well, almost no divots.
The pace of play was FANTASTIC. We finished nine in one hour and ten minutes. There was almost no one around us. I remind you, this was on a Sunday, mid-day, in the middle of September with blue skies.
The cart paths are all gravel throughout the course. The carts themselves are rather speedy. Not all that new but not in horrible shape.
I can just say without a doubt this course is just a vibe. It’s a let loose, have fun and just play golf kinda course. This place is how golf is meant to be played.
