Pleasant Valley Country Club

Pace of play extremely slow, they were letting 5'somes on the course and it REALLY slowed the pace of play. There are not rangers to police the players to get them moving. Buying beer at the bar, they do not allow ice in bags to keep the drinks cold, Pleasant Valley is the ONLY course EVER to not allow ice in bags on the course to keep the drinks cold!!

It was a really nice course. Wouldn't go back without a really good deal. Nicer courses cost less around that area.

Greens putt really well, very nice track. The course is very well maintained, holes are challenging but at the same time golf friendly.

Pace of play was good on the front, then the starter stuck 2 walkers on 10 as we made the turn. this slowed up play on the back.

The greens rolled really well despite it being wet. The greens were well cut, very consistent.

I can tell this course probably was real nice at some point. Layout was fun, some wide open holes, some real tight. Most of the greens were in real nice shape, rolled true.

Quite a difference on most holes from Blue to White - so it would challenge everyone/anyone

Appears they are spending some money upgrading some traps and cart paths. They also now have friendlier staff and take credit cards. Well worth the visit. Course can be challenging but fun to play.

The course has tees for every level golfer. The fairways and greens were in perfect shape. Hit it and find it for most of the holes, but enough of a challenge for lower handicapped golfers.

Played this course on a Saturday in June and the pace of play was very good particularly for a weekend round. Course was in good shape -greens were cut but not punishingly fast. Through golfnow you can get on the course at a very reasonable rate.

A little of everything. Some traps, some water, some hills. Well maintained. Orderly tee times, makes it pleasent to play there!

the course is always well maintained and now the staff is more accomodating than in the past !

Warm, dry weather the day we played the course. Over all condition of the course was very good. Greens were dry and did not accept irons in easily but they were fair and maintained so the experience was good. Fairways are in nice shape, the bunkers were maintained and what little "rough" there was is certainly doable for most golfers. About the only critical short coming was in yardage markings, they were few if any. All in all a most enjoyable experience for my foursome and one we will return to I am sure.

Enjoyed my day at one of the more under appreciated courses around. Greens are excellent, and course is in top shape over all, though the cart paths are showing their age. Back is more challenging, with the final 3 holes being amongst the challenging trio ANYWHERE. LOVE THIS TRACK!

very good condition, some variation in speed from green to green overall a fair, but challenging course. well worth the money.

We had steady play lost a few balls in water hazard but all in all the fairways where in good condition but a lot of weeds/clover in the rough. The clubhouse alothough nice had very limited food choices 2 to be exact and vending machines.

Fairways, greens and sand traps are in excellent condition. Great value for the price. It has several holes with elevation changes which makes it challenging for any golfer.

This is one of the best golf courses in the area. Great shape, greens are perfect, and it is a true test of golf!

The bluegrass rough is TOUGH to hit out of and the no. 1 rated hole has a very narrow 1st tee shot. Unfortunately it produced one of my worst rounds of the year for me (88) but overall it was a nice course to play...just AVOID the rough haha

While we actually got rained out on Sunday, I played this course for the first time last year in the middle of summer. Everyone else was burnt out, but this course looked like it was carpeted.
