Pleasant Valley Country Club

Warm, dry weather the day we played the course. Over all condition of the course was very good. Greens were dry and did not accept irons in easily but they were fair and maintained so the experience was good. Fairways are in nice shape, the bunkers were maintained and what little "rough" there was is certainly doable for most golfers. About the only critical short coming was in yardage markings, they were few if any. All in all a most enjoyable experience for my foursome and one we will return to I am sure.

Enjoyed my day at one of the more under appreciated courses around. Greens are excellent, and course is in top shape over all, though the cart paths are showing their age. Back is more challenging, with the final 3 holes being amongst the challenging trio ANYWHERE. LOVE THIS TRACK!

very good condition, some variation in speed from green to green overall a fair, but challenging course. well worth the money.

We had steady play lost a few balls in water hazard but all in all the fairways where in good condition but a lot of weeds/clover in the rough. The clubhouse alothough nice had very limited food choices 2 to be exact and vending machines.

Fairways, greens and sand traps are in excellent condition. Great value for the price. It has several holes with elevation changes which makes it challenging for any golfer.

This is one of the best golf courses in the area. Great shape, greens are perfect, and it is a true test of golf!

The bluegrass rough is TOUGH to hit out of and the no. 1 rated hole has a very narrow 1st tee shot. Unfortunately it produced one of my worst rounds of the year for me (88) but overall it was a nice course to play...just AVOID the rough haha

While we actually got rained out on Sunday, I played this course for the first time last year in the middle of summer. Everyone else was burnt out, but this course looked like it was carpeted.

Nice Par 3s. Slow, soft greens. Needs fairway traps. Ancient clubhouse, carts and amenities.

Not being able to take carts off path made riding pointless would be better off just saying no carts. Carts would actually die if you drove off path. It was a little wet but 90 rule would have been fine.

I golf all over northern Ohio and this course is my favorite. They are recently under new management and the new people there are FANTASTIC! I really can't say enough good about the people that run the place but this review is about the golf course. The front 9 is gorgeous and middle of the road challenging. The back 9 is equally pretty and a little tougher. If you've got game, 10, 11 and 12 require long hitters to shape their shots- both ways! 13 is tight- risk vs. reward! And 18...one of the nicest finishing holes in Ohio, around a big lake the protects the green. Fabulous!

If you played here before and were treated poorly by the idiot that ran the clubhouse, HE'S GONE!! Go back. They have made a ton of improvements: new bunker sand, new tee boxes for the seniors/ladies, and a whole new atmosphere coming and going from the people inside. 1-10? It's an 11

fairways our great, ball sets up. greens roll and sometime to soft, but our fun to putt on. sand needs freshing up to make it just right.

course is a great layout. new sand is deep, too deep in some cases and way to soft. greens are in good to very good shape, and fairway grass is long, providing easy ball striking but killing distance. carts are in some cases older, but still functional. Pin placement is better recognized with new flags. Some tees are in some cases too hard to put tees into, should at least be aerated to provide softer turf. for the money, if at a discount, a good buy, but not at full price.

Course in great shape..........week day golfing was great,,,,,,,,management and staff have a great helpful attitude.

Some birdie holes here but not many. Course is for players of all calibers. Always in great shape.

Course was in good shape and greens were faster than they usually are here.
