Pinelands Golf Club

What keeps me coming back here, other than the affordable prices, is that I constantly notice work being done to improve the course. From turf replacement to improvements on water runoff, to new cart paths, this course is always getting better and I’m happy to give my money to a course that’s putting it right back into its own improvement.

Course is in great shape…greens, fairways, bunkers were in great shape…. Shot-making a must on this course…… will be playing it again soon

The course was in great conduction. This is one course you should have on your list to play.

I have had a nightmares playing in the pass. But they have make the course friendly to play.

A good placement shots will have you making pars and Birdies.

Course is a few shakes away from impeccable. Most t boxes done n awesome shape. Fairways beautiful, mostly,, and new asphalt cart path, my back thanks you. Most of junk cleaned up in wooded areas some bald patches here n there on edges of fairways but all is under repair or being replaced. With plenty of practice area this is definitely worth the trip. When all work in finalized this place will b top 10 easy in area.. Job Well Done Pinelands staff, grounds crew, construction crew.

Second time playing this track. There's been a lot of money put into this course, and it shows. I played it two years ago and it was a stand municipal course. Since then there's been significant funding and renovations made tot he club house, golf carts, course fairways, greens, cart paths and bunkers! Looks great.

Got a text about a frost delay and thought it was going to be another tough weather day but it changed very quickly. They have new completed cart paths that are awesome. No more pothole missing while drinking water. This place is really investing in the course and it really shows.

I wish the greens were a little more healed from aeration but that won’t stop me from coming back.

Afterwards we had lunch in their restaurant. Great selection of sandwiches and drinks. Definitely worth the money spent.

Greens were all pretty bad. Holes and tracks were visible on every green and you couldn't putt without the ball hopping or hitting holes and tracks. When I asked what was going on they made the same excuse for the past 6 months that they were putting new drainage in. Well they have been that way for 6 months and no improvement. When they are raising prices and you are paying premium rates that stuff should be taken care of first. Fairways are pretty good shape but greens were bad.

Played after recent 3 plus days of rain and the course was in very good condition. Always a favorite place to play. Looking forward for a return round.

Impressed with the changes they are making. New cart path, tee boxes were still closed and growing in nicely, new turf along cart paths. Greens were aerated few weeks back so it was still bumpy. This course will be in incredible shape very soon. Prices tend to go up then. Fun course.

Paid for single on golf now. Got there 15 minutes When before tee time. Told one of the staff what my tee time was but never told me to check in inside. So i went putting for a little bit which was right next to the carts. So i checked in 10minutes before tee time. Little did i know that ill be paired with a group of 3. Told the guy i paid single (one player) on golfnow. He insisted to pair me with the group who already teed off 5minutes earlier. Guy drove me to the fairway and wont let me tee off. That really got me upset that i started my first shot on the fairway. I get it its busy but ive been to other courses where they would at least let the group go first and will tell you if its ok to wait a little bit which i dont mind at all.

That instance blew my overall experience no matter how perfect the greens and fairways are. At least the groupi was paired with were really nice.

It was all temporary tee boxes which was a bummer but for $44 it was hard to be that upset about it. Once the tee boxes are up and running this has potential to be one of the better public courses in south jersey. I just hope that not too many people catch on and then they start jacking up the prices. My only complaint was not having yardage markers on the course. It was super odd to not have a post or sprinkler markers or anything for distance. Other than that, I will definitely be back!

Nice course . A lot of work has been done and still is going on. Small fast greens ,Good pace of play.
