Pinelands Golf Club

Course was very fun to play. Only complaint was hole 10 and 18. Pin was on a hill. If you didn’t get within 2 feet, the ball would roll off the green. Fairways and tee boxes in good shape. Staff very friendly. Pace of play was excellent. Good value for the money.

Again pace of play is the biggest problem which is a shame the greens are in good shape and are fast

Now I understand that when fall rolls around you should expect to loose a few balls, and it was the week of the oak leaves falling when I went, however, some of the holes were really littered with leaves. When you hit a perfect fairway shot over a hill, you don't often expect to loose that ball in a leaf hazard that is ankle deep.

On a separate note, I came to this course a little over 2 years ago when it as in rough shape and just renovated, I remember then thinking this course will be nice in a few years, and I was not wrong! Its a fun course that will definitely challenge you.

For the past year, it has been a pleasure playing Pinelands. It is in great shape and it has fun holes. What makes it a great experience is the staff. The pro shop staff, starters and waiters are all really friendly and courteous. It is a little out of the way, but it’s worth a 30 minute drive.

If you have not played this course in a few years time to go back. What a difference some upkeep makes. This course has made a complete 180 from what it was only 2-3 years ago. Will be back soon.

The new owners have done an excellent job. Greens are especially good.

Again where is the ranger 4:30 hours to play a round of golf is absolutely crazy

The course is worth playing again , the only issue I had was, we were. taking our approach shots on 17 at 4:45 and it was light enough to finish the round but the ranger told us we had to leave the course because they close at 5. Really disappointed that we couldn’t finish our round.

Third time this year I'v played this course. Fall conditions were terrific. Greens, fairways all in great shape. Greens were true and fastest they've been this year. Leaf balls were taken due to fall in NJ... Only downer was that the restaurant was closed on Monday. Not many places to eat in the area, so was hoping to have lunch there. Clubhouse and restaurant has been under construction all year. They are really working to make this a nice place.

Course is coming into shape but the pace of play was so slow me and my friend left after 12 we couldn’t take it anymore

This course has greatly improved over the 2021 season. Would highly recommend. Only negative was the pace of play. 5hr 15min round... However, outstanding value and conditions were ideal. Highly impressed!

Unfortunately I experienced the slowest pace of play ever at this course today. With an 11:03 tee time, my partner arrived 15 minutes early to learn there was a 25 minute delay in start times due to frost on the course earlier in the day. Frost had been forecasted for the last three days and I felt it was irresponsible of the course to book early tee times. We finally teed off around 11:25 and didn’t finish the round until 4:30.
