Pinelands Golf Club

For the past year, it has been a pleasure playing Pinelands. It is in great shape and it has fun holes. What makes it a great experience is the staff. The pro shop staff, starters and waiters are all really friendly and courteous. It is a little out of the way, but it’s worth a 30 minute drive.

If you have not played this course in a few years time to go back. What a difference some upkeep makes. This course has made a complete 180 from what it was only 2-3 years ago. Will be back soon.

The new owners have done an excellent job. Greens are especially good.

Again where is the ranger 4:30 hours to play a round of golf is absolutely crazy

The course is worth playing again , the only issue I had was, we were. taking our approach shots on 17 at 4:45 and it was light enough to finish the round but the ranger told us we had to leave the course because they close at 5. Really disappointed that we couldn’t finish our round.

Third time this year I'v played this course. Fall conditions were terrific. Greens, fairways all in great shape. Greens were true and fastest they've been this year. Leaf balls were taken due to fall in NJ... Only downer was that the restaurant was closed on Monday. Not many places to eat in the area, so was hoping to have lunch there. Clubhouse and restaurant has been under construction all year. They are really working to make this a nice place.

Course is coming into shape but the pace of play was so slow me and my friend left after 12 we couldn’t take it anymore

This course has greatly improved over the 2021 season. Would highly recommend. Only negative was the pace of play. 5hr 15min round... However, outstanding value and conditions were ideal. Highly impressed!

Unfortunately I experienced the slowest pace of play ever at this course today. With an 11:03 tee time, my partner arrived 15 minutes early to learn there was a 25 minute delay in start times due to frost on the course earlier in the day. Frost had been forecasted for the last three days and I felt it was irresponsible of the course to book early tee times. We finally teed off around 11:25 and didn’t finish the round until 4:30.

A bit chilly, coming off a few days of rain. Puddled water and soft spots but nothing major. Seemed bottledneck at times. There were a few big groupings of 8 and 6 so alot of wait time on the back 9. Overall a good day. Course in great shape. A few of the greens were moved for some type of construction/maintenance wiring going on.

Weather started out sunny but half way thru turned windy and temps dropped to 48 degrees. Great course, wide fairways and in great shape. We play there often. We were surprised today, signed in no problem. When we went to load the cart saw 2 groups ahead of us just starting, one group had 9 players the other had 6, seemed to be some type of tournament or mens outing. They were going over handicaps, setting teams up and who rides with who.

We couldnt find the starter he was bringing carts around. When he did show up we were told there would be a 30 delay. Group behind us asked if we could start since the groups infront of us were doing paperwork. We were told no. We waited about 15mins and went out. Everyone was bottlenecked all day. It was still a good day for golf. Just wish were knew ahead of time that there was an outing. Rated it a Fair for today for pace of play but usually dont have this problem

The course was in great shape.

Greens were in excellent shape

Only draw back was the number of leaves on the greens

The tee boxes are beat up. Too many pockets without grass due to divots

Condition tee box, green and fareway are excellent.

But too much gun shootings noise makes focus aiming and putting.
