fairways and bunkers in great shape
It looks like they put some money into the course.the course held up well in the rain..ranger was kind of bothersome though.acted like i was going to break the rule of cart path only.
Great Course
Starter did a great job getting groups out on time and ranger kept pace of play up without being a jerk. Clubhouse was nice and staff was fast and friendly, course was in good shape.
Good course, good price, well kept.
This course was beautiful and in good shape. The sand traps sand was like you were at the beach in Mexico, pretty nice. Pretty open course but there are hazards to watch out for. I played a pretty good round. I even got to see a B-52 flyover as the Cleveland Hopkins airport is near. But you do not even notice the planes, unless its a B-52!
nice course
the upgrade to the course is great and now more friendly if you hit right or left
Course is good and would be real good in dry conditions.
I went on the course after it rained the night before so some standing water. Not much on the fairway. Green had a lot of unrepaired ball marks.
nice greens
well maintained ,some challenging holes, back nine tougher
Well maintained.
Signature hole number 11 is an absolute challenge.
nice greens; standing water
There were huge puddles of standing water on many fairways due to the previous night's rainfall. The drainage system is poor. Normally in much better condition.
Great price for confidence course
Course is in great shape and the greens roll straight and true. Need to regain some confidence??? Play a quick round at this par 70. Afterwards get the best deals around a some good food and tastey craft beer selection
Had some updates to the bunkers this off-season and has remained very well kept.
Loved this course. Great shape a little short, but still loved it.
Much Improved Great Muni !!!
Used to play this course regularly 20+ years ago, when it was a privately owned public facility. Started playing golf again about 3 seasons ago after a 17 year hiatus, and played here a couple of times. The city of North Olmsted now runs the course, and you could tell it was not being properly maintained. Saw that they are now on GolfNow, so I figured I would give it a try again. The improvements that they have made in two years are amazing. The sand traps are now filled with sand, well raked and consistent from trap to trap. Tees, fairways, and greens are being watered. I emphasize this because I have played quite a few courses this drier spring that have not been watering their greens and you can not get an approach shot to hold. That was not a problem at Springvale, as approaches held very well. The front nine is shorter and more open, making it easier than the back nine, which sports the signature hole #11, a par five that is a 3 shot hole leading to a tough undulating green. If you have never played Sprinvale or like me haven't played it in a while, give it a shot you will not be disappointed.
The fairways and greens were in great shape for this early in the season.
The time of play was normal for a Holiday (Memorial Day) and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I will
play this track again before the season is over
great fairways & tees
the course was very maintained. A nice layout but # 11 is a bear. I have 2 drawbacks with the course first the greens are slow. & second the rough is too tall can't find your ball in it. the tees & fairways r great will come back.
Fun Course
Fun course for any level golfer. Front 9 seemed much easier than back 9.
Play was slow for the first 9
The second 9 went faster but rough was too high and not easy to find balls.
Course itself was rather flat and unimaginative on the front nine, with the back nine being a bit more scenic.
Tee boxes and greens in good shape, but fairways a bit rough. Gas golf carts (electrics are quieter and not so smelly). Cart paths are in rough shape with lots of pot holes. Front nine was boring, but back nine was a bit more interesting. Course plays fairly fast.
