Great condition, staff not real attentive
The greens rolled fast and were cut nice. The pace of play was beyond slow as we had two old guys in front of us that would not let the two of us play through. Then the staff let a single walker jump out on number 10 and cut in front of us as we made the turn so we had to wait on him and the old guys. We said something to the staff and nothing was done about it. But the course was in real good shape.
Wet!!!
Beautiful little gem which we choose To drive a little over an hour once or twice a year to make sure we play this course. We absolutely love everything about it, but when it is wet, it is next to impossible to play as we found out yesterday.
When dry this course is one of my absolute favorites. And is able to pair slightly challenging shots with several different sized greens. Won't ever stop recommending, but soups highly encourage not to play if it hasn't been dry the days before playing.
Love the course!
Beautiful golf course. Layout I love and the back 9 greens are challenging. Don't get that on a lot other courses. Me and my wife had a great time and will be back often. My wife commented on no where to use the bathroom out on the course like other courses do. Still a 5 stars on the course!!
Solid little local course
Flying B is your average everyday older local course. The course layout is actually quite fun and offers some fun and rewarding shots for amateur golfers. The 10th hole is still maybe one of the worst holes in golf, but what are you gonna do? The carts are older and the strap let my bag go several times (luckily my bag has its own strap to hold it in place). The course was in good shape for this early in spring. I had to leave on the 15th unfortunately because it was near dark and 4 groups were sandwiched on 15 green/16 tee for almost 10 min and did not move. Overall good value for the price.
Thank you for taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass along your feedback to the staff. Thanks for visiting Flying B Golf Course!
Flying bee was a hornet’s nest
Is a short but difficult course. Like the fairways, greens and tees. In great shape in spite of heavy rain earlier in week. Pin placement was a killer as all in the hardest area of green and all puts were stingers. Had great time.
Fresh aeration
Just finished aeration give it a couple days the course will be excellent again
Coach Riz
Very nice course, nice layout. Girl behind counter is a Walsh Alumni, she’s so pretty & friendly. Very fun experience. Will be back
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to know how we can earn those last two stars next time! Thanks for playing Flying B Golf Course.
