Flying "B" is a gem!
I was told to let the course speak for itself and don't initially judge the place based on some other factors. Best advice because the course was in GREAT condition. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were phenomenal. The layout was good with no gimmicky holes. #10 green is diabolical but love it. The young staff in the clubhouse were very friendly as well. I will definitely be playifn there again. Side note, very walkable course.

This course is always one of the best conditioned courses I play on. No matter what price or location. No fancy dining room or pro shop. Just an A+ conditioned golf course.

Nice course. We got rained out after the first nine and they offered us a rain check for the other nine. Much appreciated!

Greens aeration
The course was in decent shape considering our lack of rain. The courses in NE Ohio including Flying B that do not inform us when they are aerating the course but expect us to pay the posted rates, is very unfair.
Turkeyfoot GC is the only course on GOLFNOW that has ever listed when their nines have been aerated, and they do the best job and heal the fastest.
Let High school teams play in front of us when we were playing 18 holes
Played for 18 holes, only completed 12 because they let high school teams play back nine. Nothing against high school teams, but we already had a slow play for first 9 and then hit that on the back, took us almost 4 hours to get to 12 holes. Complained to help we did not get to finish, and it was deaf ears. Don’t schedule people for 18 knowing you have the back nine tied up. Just ridiculous, course dioes not care that this happened at all!
