Gleneagles Golf Club
About
Gleneagles Golf Club, which is owned by the city of Twinsburg, is ranked as one of the area's top 15 most challenging courses, though, it is more player friendly than it seems. Beginners won't feel too out of place but accuracy is needed on this course with water coming into play on 11 holes and more than 20 strategically placed bunkers. The water hazards are particularly tricky. The fairways are lush and manicured and the well maintained greens putt fast and true. There are also some significant elevation changes throughout the golf course. A smattering of trees dots the landscape but most of the holes are wide open. It is a good challenge without being too intimidating. In addition to the course, Gleneagles Golf Club offers a driving range and putting green for golfers to warm up before their tee time.

The greens were air rated and flags were placed in fairways.
Disappointed
Course itself was fun. Great layout but wet due to recent rain. Playing as a single others were scheduled but never showed up and finding out a foursome could advance ahead. Scheduled 18 turned into 9 due that foursome not letting play through no reason 9 holes should take 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Father & Son Outing
The course is always in very good condition and the layout will keep your interest, a nice mix of scoring holes and playing for par. The restaurant called Aaron & Moses is very good!
Soggy
Wish they would’ve let everyone know it was cart path only but that’s how it goes sometimes
Overpriced for the condition
I played in the afternoon. The golfnow price was $52, the course has an after 2 special of $40. They wouldn't give it to us. Claimed because we booked on golfnow we were stuck with the higher rate. The course was , for the most part , in decent shape. The greens were very inconsistent. Some fast some slow. The holes with water were covered in goose feces! For that price point, I'd expect better conditions.
