Course was a little wet it has rained for a few days but been sunny last two days. Off the fairway the grass was high and wet , the greens were ok
Pace of Play
If a ranger is going to be on the course then he should be watching pace of play not if people are obeying the cart path only rule. Yes its important but pace of play today was SLOOOWWWWWW
Once again here. Good Value, however, this course seems to have very few workers developing the course and making it better.
Needs people on the course working to make it better. 2nd time there this year on a week day - nobody to be seen on the course working.
Weird.
Weird layout. Pace of play was very very slow.
Ball marks and more ball marks then there were ball marks. Other than the weather and hitting a few good shots it was an unpleasant round of golf. I will not return to Copper Top any time soon.
Highly recommend
For those like critter who are unable to find the homes at this course, stick to put put. This a very simple course with challenging greens that can definitely frustrate bad golfers. Just miss it in the right spot and you’ll be fine.
This course gets better very week and ownership continues to make improvements. The staff is great and as long as you are not expecting PGA Tour quality, this course is great for the money.
If you like golf at all, don’t play this course
The layout of this course is horrible, hard to find the holes and all of which sucked. The greens and fairways were well kept, but EVERY. SINGLE. GREEN has a skirt that rolls in a downward slope. Every green is elevated like a plateau. Overall 3/10 course.
great grass
All around great everything. 9th hole being worked on. Waited 30 min on 10th tee. Still played in 4 hrs. Course conditions excellent.
