If you like golf at all, don’t play this course
The layout of this course is horrible, hard to find the holes and all of which sucked. The greens and fairways were well kept, but EVERY. SINGLE. GREEN has a skirt that rolls in a downward slope. Every green is elevated like a plateau. Overall 3/10 course.
great grass
All around great everything. 9th hole being worked on. Waited 30 min on 10th tee. Still played in 4 hrs. Course conditions excellent.
Good Course
Pace of play was a little slow, ended up being held up through much of the course but didn't mind too much. The course was gorgeous and everyone was very nice!
Painted Greens
Usually love this course. great price for the value.
been going out on tuesday mornings and its been wide open which is great.
Sad, sad, surprise this morning. All the greens were freshly sprayed with turf paint and ruined my shoes, stained my friends Scotty Cameron putter permanently, and ruined my shorts with aqua blue stains. Ran into this on one hole a few weeks back and wasn't much of an issue as we wiped our shoes off right away and didnt have to worry about it again. Completely unreasonable to not even mention EVERY green was sprayed this morning and no warning before heading out.
Nice place to play locally
Coppertop is a fun course to play. Rough was really long. Normally it isn’t that long but it was hard to find our balls in the rough. The grounds crew was out there mowing but they hadn’t mowed in awhile.. crew was gracious with helping us find balls.. Pin placements were in tough spots, like for a tournament. Fairways were great and greens were very fast.
