Not long but challenging
Coppertop is a beautiful short but challenging course that I would play weekly if I lived closer. The only bad thing I have to say was the pace of play yesterday. We waited on every hole, granted we were a twosome playing behind a foursome but come on people remember golf some golf etiquette - let the faster golfers play through. All it did was cause a huge log jam behind us. I guess you will have that from time to time. Other then that it was a memorable experience.
Save your money!!
Greens are agitated are piles of sand. Played 1 hole before it started raining and it rained all day, asked for a raincheck, they said they couldn't. Been playing there since the 80's....I never will again. Very disappointed!!
Coppertop
Cheapest option along with rawiga in this area but much nicer than many more expensive courses. Rounded greens create a challenge for chipping near greens with the green speed being about average. The tee boxes were being aerated and nobody notified on booking but most are this time of year. Value through the roof for a slightly above average course.
Soooo slow
This course needs a ranger and a starter. Well over 2 hours and we haven't finished the front 9. Pretty course, but carts were stacked up on every hole.
GREAT for the price
$23 for 18 w/ a cart, can’t beat it! Course layout is extremely unique.
double-charged
Course played well but was double-charged. Booked online and paid then was charged at the course again; not happy.
This has to be the best bang for your money in Cleveland area.
Course in good shape, It was a little backed up a times, overall pretty good. Well worth the money will be back.
Ratty Fairways
The condition of the fairways was poor. A lot of brown, dead grass and therefore very uneven lies. Most fairway shots were off hardpan.
While the greens were in good shape, they are very difficult because most are mounded and it is hard to keep any shot to the green s on them.
Coppertop
Fairly challenging layout that puts a premium on accuracy. Sloping greens challenge approaches and putting.
