Course is nice. The golf carts are filthy. A very, very easy fix. Can't understand why they don't correct??
Pleasant Valley
Played my first round at Pleasant Valley last weekend. The course was in decent shape and we enjoyed the layout. Tee boxes we pretty roughed up and lot of unrepaired ball marks on the greens. I know that's a golfer etiquette issue, not a golf course issue. Some spots in the fairways had major damage too. The pace of play was horrible... about 5 hours to play the round and waiting too for the group in front of us on almost every tee box. Courses need to spread out tee times by a few more minutes. We had only 8 min between tee times. Knowing that hardly anyone is a pro golfer out there that's way to close. 10-12 minutes would have been better to spread out the players. Also the cart path was in horrible condition. Like driving on a crater field in many areas. This course should be priced closer to $45-50 for 18 and a cart. For $75 or less you can play much nicer courses in the area. Probably won't be back.
Great Staf
The pace of play was great, and the tee times were not bunch together. Friendly staff and worked with me with have a young kid wanting to play. most course push you off or don't allow it. but not here def earn my business
Course is fun, and good to play
I have played this course multiple times. Using golf now I can usually get on pretty quickly and not be paired up. The course is in pretty good condition most of the time, and the pace of play has gotten better. I wish the clubhouse would be redone as I would sit in there to have a couple of drinks after a round, overall it’s a good course to go play. If you want hit a quick nine or 18 the price is an expensive for what it is, but overall still good.
Great Course
Course is in great shape despite all the hot weather we have had this summer. People need to repair their ball marks, it is tough on the greens. Have some consideration people. The greens were true, as they typically are when I play the course. Love the remote fairway mowers.
First and last time playing here
The greens were the only redeeming quality of this entire course. Whoever is maintaining those props to u my man 🤝🏽. Slowest pace I’ve ever seen on a golf course. Multiple groups were leaving due to this. If you’ve got a lot of time to waste and don’t mind a 6+ hour round this is your course. 75% of the fairways were rock hard as well. And for the price point we will not be returning. These courses have to start taking action and doing something about the pace of play.
Great place if you love slow golf
Greens were great and the course overall wasn’t in bad shape. But the pace of play was insane. On pace for a 6-7 hour round. Watch the group in front of us leave after the 11th hole because some hicks want to hit 15 shots each. We didn’t even stay after the 15 hole. That just can’t be happening. Good hot dog at least
Great course
Had an early morning tee time and really enjoyed the course. Course is in great shape and greens are fast. Long and occasionally narrow fairways/trees provide additional challenges, if you want them - or you can go easy on yourself and not play the back tees. Cart paths offer ample opportunity for an off-roading experience, but they do not detract from the overall experience, in my opinion. We’ll definitely play here again.
A+
Phenomenal track. Kept in great shape, tee boxes (blues, at least) and pin locations change the course rather nicely. Long and mostly open, challenging but rewarding, a lot of fun with very respectful greens.
Way overpriced pretty much every other course in the area is a better option
Nice course
Overall nice course and in nice shape for the cost on the weekday. Carts are a little rough but greens, fairways and tee boxes are in great shape!
