About
Beckett Ridge Golf Club was designed by Jack Kidwell, a well known name in Ohio golf. The course has a classic design that is inlaid with meandering streams that weave through stands of mature trees. The rolling landscape was deftly incorporated into the golf course. The layout offers a variety of holes ranging from long to short, tight to open. It is definitely a course that requires some strategy. One of the most memorable holes is the par-5 fifth. It measures 541 yards, but this downhill hole plays much shorter. There are out-of-bounds on either side and the tricky fairway slopes right to left but with some strategy and a little skill it is possible to make it home in two. Beckett Ridge is one of Southwest Ohio's best golf courses.

no club house
The golf courses and greens are perfect, but there is no club house which is under the construction.
This course has some great holes. The upkeep of the course seems like it has not been a priority of the club. They need new cart paths, there were obstructions that seemed out of place/ overgrown on a few tee boxes. Greens Were slow but receptive to approach shots. Fairways were well maintained for the most part. Staff was friendly and helpful. No driving range to warm up with the first hole being a par 5 makes for a long hole.

Better and better
I have been playing at Beckett Ridge since moving back to Cincinnati in 2020. Each time I come out the course is in better shape. I think the course is in the best condition that I can remember. The greens are in excellent shape. The fairways are immaculate. I will continue to come back and play at Beckett regularly.
There’s no clubhouse or proshop it’s an RV in the parking lot.
No Clubhouse
There is no clubhouse…or dining room. So unfortunate…for such a great layout of a golf course. Enjoy the course…but, no “19” hole.
Course is in great shape
Played here a million times out of convenience and had previously just accepted the bad conditions. Saw the reviews saying they improved but thought they might just be bots. I can verify though that this place is in fantastic shape. Best I’ve ever seen it.
I respect that they put all the money in the course and didn’t waste it on side stuff. Pace was pretty bad (5 hours on a weekday) but I will be back.
Pretty good overall
Only complaint was the pace behind us. We went off at 710 am as a threesome. The 720 was a single, so we let him out shah of us at 705. Then 730 was on its right away. I wish they would've held them off until at b least 720. We play pretty fast genealogy, but it was uneasy because the grounds crew was on the border ahead of us too. There were several times we had to wait to hit and the guys made the front 9 really uncomfortable.
But the course looks great. And the greens were in tip top shape. Hope they get the clubhouse started soon. Would play again.
