Beckett Ridge Golf Club

The fairways and Greens are in very good condition. The course has some challenging holes, which I like. this course has some hilly sections so that makes it interesting. The roughs are playable so there is some forgiveness on errant shots. I played on a Thursday in the early afternoon on a hot day so the course was not crowded and our twosome got around in less than 4 hours. All-in-all, a good day. The only minor negative I noticed was that some of the cart paths need updating.

The course was in good shape and offered plenty of challenges. The par 3s are tricky except for hole 4. Elevation changes throughout add to the challenges and keep things interesting. A few blind drives make the first time out a little tricky but not too bad. I play courses all over the area and this has as much to offer as any of them. We played in 4 hours, interaction with staff was enjoyable and I will be back for sure

Decent public track, played first 5 holes in just over an hour. Then we caught a course authorized five some, and had 3 groups stacked up on number 7. Waited over half hour to tee off, and then it took over 4 hours to play the last 13 holes. Called in nicely and nothing was done to speed up play. Lip service. First time there, and last time. Too slow.

For 25$ your not going to do better. Yes could the course he manicured better. But a good design and awesome value.

What a treat to play this course. It's beautiful and well maintained. Fairways are not too narrow and roughs are forgiving if you miss a little to the right or left. The whole course is rather undulating so lots of shots on the slant but the greens seemed more flat. Look forward to paying this course again!

Maybe I'm just crazy but the most important thing to me is greens condition. All the greens were in excellent shape and had decent speed to them. No ball marks, nicely rolled. Rolled pretty true. Bunkers are playable. Fairway is pretty decent. Rough is decent but plenty of places where your ball is lying on dirt instead of grass.

All in all for 20 bucks this was a great place to play. One of the best greens in the area (that I know of). My Search still continues for a place with very fast, and true rolling greens in the area.

Tee Boxes scarred up. Looks like from a lot of play. Fairways and greens in excellent shape. No one working concessions/bar at turn. Would have likeda hot dog.

First time playing this course. Was on a trip visiting a golfing buddy. Great course for the money $20 on GolfNow including cart.

Great conditions from fairways to greens. Sand traps were manicured. Views were great and pace was brisk.

Very tough course if you're not fairly straight off the tee. Trees are very thick so if you're not straight off the tee on most holes it's very hard to shoot bogey or better on the par 4s and par 5s. Long par 3s, more par 5s than a typical course, a lot of hills and the greens are fast with a lot of slope.

I thought the course itself was in good condition, there's a couple tee boxes that were a littlye rough but fairways and greens were solid. The cart paths though were not good, potholes and torn up pavement everywhere.

Great pace of play and above average greens. Fairways not as Perfect as years past. Great value for the money.

The staff was very protective of their league and wouldn't allow us to make turn before league. Also food was over priced. Course was in good condition and greens were great.

I'm sure this was a beautiful country club at one time but now she's just a tired old queen. Everything is in disrepair or broken. Tee boxes probably should be changed more than monthly and greens look moth-eaten. Do Ohio golfers even know how to fix a divot? It's a shame to see what was obviously a small piece of paradise fall into this sad state. Had to start off 10th, which annoys me every time. We were stacked up 4 groups deep on the 1st (10th) tee to start even though we had a tee time. People were apparently just showing up to play and the guy in the golf shop was just sending them off. No starter and certainly no rangers on the course so carts were everywhere imaginable. Too many other fun courses in the area to play for the same money that are a way better value.

the course design is one of my favorites and overall the condition of the course was good. The bunkers need some work. We were hitting off packed sand, but that is the penalty for mis-hitting. The tee boxes need some work and the cart paths have some huge potholes. but after saying all that, the fairways were in great shape and the greens were rolling true and moderately fast. The greens fees are very reasonable.

Run down on every aspect of the course. Poor management. You could not pay me to play here again.

Great course, but repairs and better care of grounds are needed. Many dead trees, tee boxes are deteriorated, etc.

I think this course has a lot to offer in a good range of challenges. If you like an open, tight or water obstacles, etc. There is something there for each golfer a good mix. Its on my list of places to play for a good round of golf....
