Don’t waste your money!
Course was in absolute terrible condition and half of the holes had a “temporary green” in the middle of the fairway outlined with spray paint.
Awful Conditions
Do not waste your time playing here. Course conditions were awful. Greens were pretty much nonexistent.
Best condition of any course I’ve seen in Oklahoma this year!!
Overall course is best conditioned considering the nasty winter weather this year!! Nothing is ever going to be perfect, and lots of folks are being critical without consideration that most areas in Oklahoma were subjected to several nights of below zero temperatures. Very unusual for this area. This course has been fortunate due to terrain and overall protection than most courses.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The course is in the process of recovering. I’ve placed this course when visiting relatives over the past 30+ years and it’s been a pleasure to play here.
Great Public course
Challenging and in the best shape this year that I’ve seen in Tulsa area this year.
3 Stars because 2.5 wasn’t an option
Has a lot of potential, but all the greens except for 18 are dirt. There are currently 3 provisional holes. Some of the fairways are good some are ok and one is almost all dirt. With a little work this course could be really nice.
Conditions
Staff is very friendly. Over priced given the course conditions. We are out of the winter phase and the course was still beat up especially the greens with big chunks of dead spots and moss growing, tee boxes were hard as concrete and nothing but dirt, fairways were fine. Pace of play could have been better, I wish the club house would manage this better. I played in a threesome, the group in front of us was 5 and both groups had to wait on a slow pairing that must have thought they were in the US Open.
Course layout is fun but not in good shape
For as fun as the layout is, it was disheartening how bad shape the greens were. And some tee boxes were nothing but dirt. Staff was extremely friendly though.
Do not play
The course was in terrible shape, the greens had mold on them the fairways was hard with little to no grass. The course was cart path only to promote grass growth but the burmuda is still dormit and the only thing that is green is the weeds. The greens were the worse greens I've ever played in my life.
The course needs an entirely new staff!!!!!!
So Bad!
Easily the worst golf course I’ve ever played on!
Greens were blighted and, basically, painted sand. All were in bad shape but some were not as bad as the others.
Tee boxes are in absolutely terrible shape! It’s like they have a junior high kid out there maintaining this course after school.
No snack bar with hot food, just a table set up with packaged snacks. Some can beer was only $3. That’s a plus.
You WILL be very disappointed. Go somewhere… anywhere else.
Terrible shape
It was my first time playing at Heritage Hills and my last. Everything was fairly normal until we drove down the cart path to find my ball in the fairway. The entire course had been aerated and they didn’t mention that in the clubhouse. The greens were sopping wet and had plenty of dead spots.
HeritageHills
The greens were kind of tough. Bermada greens didn't roll that true
Heritage Hills- Claremore, OK
Course was fair compared to other local course with the NE Oklahoma area. Tee Boxes are very poor. The time of the season may be the reason but most boxes were dirt only. Fairways were spotty, and the greens were rolling very nice. This course would be great to play in the spring or fall.
Greens in excellent shape!
It was pretty cold out there and was the first one off in the morning. The greens were impeccable shape and were receptive, which was surprising considering temps being in the low-mid 30s. Will definitely be back!
