The Canyons At Blackjack Ridge

Really fun course to play. Challenging if you have never played it before with the slope of different holes. Course is in decent shape for the money. I would recommend this course.

I'm from Texas, so most of the courses I play are relatively flat. This course has some significant elevation differential from tee to green. Makes you think more carefully about club selection. A quality range finder with slope compensation is a must. Played with my adult son and we had a blast. Will definitely play again!

Loved the layout and views. Reminded me of Wolf Creek (NV) without the desert. Good pace of play and greens in nice condition. Will play again when back in area.

This is the first time playing this course. The entire experience was well worth the wait do to the pace of play. Fairways and Greens were in great shape for the Fall. We will definitely be back. JM

The location, the views, the interesting holes and lies make the Canyons a fun round. The club house is nice, patio is nice and pro shop has really interesting items to buy. The draw backs are actually in the fairways and areas around the greens. The greens are kind of grainy, but generally in good shape. But it’s bone dry and hard as a cow pasture in the fairways. Then around the greens there leaking sprinkler areas that make it hard to bump and run anything into the greens. This makes for a hard pan grassless bumpy dirt lie to hit a lofted club onto the green. Many amateurs will hate this condition. But it’s not super expensive to play and the views are worth the round. Bring golf balls unless you are able to hit ball where you intend to hit them. Otherwise they are likely gone.

Haven't been to the Canyons in a few years. The remodeling and course refresher are great. Definitely will be back

Took friends for their first time to the canyons very impressed with the course. Will definitely play there again.

First off I have no Idea how this is not the first thing you should do when you arrive in Tulsa.

out standing golf course I did not even know Tulsa had rolling hill like this. the lay out was very challenging and breathtaking view of downtown. do pass this up if you get a chance to play.

It was very hot. Played solo right behind a foursome. Took em a bit to realize it would be nice to let me play through. Ended up joining them and we were all having a riot by 18. Course was very dry from the heat. Most tee boxes were rock hard, making plastic tees difficult to place well.

Cart girl buzzed past me twice without bothering to stop. No water on course so be prepared with vaccum jugs if ice water and tablets in this intense 100+ deg heat.

Still… love this track.

Play discourse early July and the greens were immaculate, they just punched them so you may want to wait a couple weeks
