Lost Tracks Golf Club
About
Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.
While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.
Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

Golfer Reviews
Fun course!
Played the front 9 for my first game in a couple years. Had a lot of fun. Great layout and fun for a beginner looking to practice and get some time on the course
Great Course
This is a great course. They did punch the greens a couple days before my round but the course is still great and fun. Friendly staff and amazing signature hole.
Great course, but check if they just plugged the greens
I've played Lost Tracks a few times now, and I like the course for its variety of holes, reasonable difficulty, and usually nice course conditions. But in this round, they had just plugged the greens, so those threw a bit of a curveball into the round. But I snatched up one of the internet deals on Golf Now, so we got a bargain on the greens fee. I would recommend this course for anyone looking for a pleasant round of golf while in the Bend area.
Fun and challenging layout
Come here expecting to have to think about and planning your next shot. Lots of doglegs and if new, it helps to play with someone who knows the layout. Walkable, but that dies not mean it is flat. Will be back again and again.
Nice track
Nice golf course, well laid out and very well looked after. Pretty challenging so don’t spray the golf ball all over.
Pace of play was kind of painful. They do not send Marshalls out on the course and there are no yardage markers which most of us found pretty odd
Finished up the round with an enraged head clubhouse attendant bounding down number 18 fairway, screaming at us to bring the carts back at dusk, which we found odd given that we’re grown men being treated like 12-year-old children
We got it, you wanna go home for the night but there’s a certain etiquette that goes with the game of golf, it’s a gentleman’s game, and we found the older gentlemen’s behavior Shocking.
Whatever, we didn’t let it ruin our day, it’s a nice golf course That’s well worth a visit, just don’t catch the attendance on a bad day
Great and Fun Course
This course is great. Beautiful greenery inside the central Oregon desert. The PAR 3, Hole 16 was a hit, with the Island Planter and Train Car. Cool feature!
Great course and played in under 4 hours
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pace of play was pretty good.
Love it!
This course was in great shape and has a fun layout. The signature par 3 has an actual train car as the bridge to the island green.
Fun Course
This is a good, fun layout. Course conditions were very good. A lot of dog legs to keep things interesting. Greens were quick and fairways were well manicured. The signature par three and the railroad car walkway used to get to the green are unique and memorable. With multiple sets of tees, it is fun and playable for all.
Great conditions
Lost Tracks is an interesting layout with some really cool holes. Plus, the course is in great condition.
Hidden gem
With so many great courses in the area, this is a hidden gem. Great pricing and way better than I expected.
Fun course in great shape
Good course overall. Greens were an excellent condition. There were a few dog legs, which I like. Just remember that when booking this Course there’s an extra $25 for the cart. That is easy to miss when booking on the GolfNow app.
