Great track- if you know your yardage
Been thru twice this week. Both ti
Es pace was good, winds were a factor, and the greens were slow.. was leaving everything short.
Best Value in Central Oregon
I've been playing here for over 20 years and it is still one of my favorite courses. Rarely do you have to search long for balls here, as anything not OB or in the water is most likely in well-kept mowed grass. For March, the greens were impeccable, and fairways were very consistent despite the expected brownness of the time of year. Bunkers were not of the best consistency but still playable.
Although it's a fairly simple, flat layout, rather uncommon for the region, there remains a nice variety in the holes and the location is beautiful in the valley basin surrounded by large hills, canyon walls and some mountains in the distance.
Great course , very slow pace of play , also stacked up groups behind you.
Interesting that after booking a singles time I was paired with 3 others as a shotgun style start. No issues there as I am used to playing with randoms, but the times were stacked up and we had groups hitting into us from behind on almost every hole. Also the course is a ball killer so bring a lot of extra balls.
Just an overall great place!
We come over to Central Oregon every year and Meadowlakes is always on our radar to play. I’m impressed every time on how well everything is kept up. There are not many places that can compare for the value of what you get at Meadowlakes!
Good course for the money but not worth the wait
I played there for the first time and I was excited course looked good for the cost. But they have the worst course management. I was playing by myself and I stopped after the first 9 holes because it took over 3 hours. The starter or pace keeper didn't seem to care that it was extremely backed up and did anything. I would have rather paid $80 and got to play all 18 holes else where.
Slow Play
Course needs to marshalled so players speed up their pace of play. Many times 2-4 groups on a hole. Price to play very good. Not worth it when waiting all day on the course!
A Great Experience
This course is a total gem for an older player like myself!
Well kept, power carts in A-1 shape, nice driving range, and a friendly helpful staff all contribute to making a round of golf here tops!!!
Love this Course
Everything great from price to course conditions. Greens were tough to get used to because they were super fast.
Great Day of Golf
Meadow Lakes is the most consistent golf venue in Central Oregon. You can always count on it being it great shape. Greens a re a little slow but very true. A very fun golf course.
