Worcester Golf Club

Worcester is what I expect for a local 9 hole. Greens were in good shape but longer then average. Tee boxes were pretty beat up and grass dry. My biggest gripe is the constant stray balls whizzing around. Lots of new golfers on the course so don’t be surprised if someone hits your ball in the rough or hear a ball fly by with no “fore”.

Great place to go and practice with beginners or more casual players. We waited a few minutes on every tee box and still finished up in an hour and a half.

Would return but would try for a slower time.

Surprised at how maintenance appears to be a thing of the past. Fairways not a reward as grass is hardly mowed. Bunkers are a joke. Greens look like they receive little attention. Save money and just take a walk!

Love the 9 hole here, great staff, good course, fun time.

Probably the last 9 hole golf course where you can play only 9 holes at a very reasonable cost. The course appeared well maintained and the greens were in very good condition considering we are in drought condition. I want to get back to play when the course is plush. I would recommend this course.

My son is a beginner so this was a perfect course in the late afternoon. Not very crowded so pace was not rushed for us.

Really ample course! Great for beginners to easily find their ball if they miss the fairway. Couple of dead patches of grass on the greens but nothing unplayable. Great staff, real nice and friendly!

We drive 40 minutes to play here almost every weekend. Started golfing consistently last year and wanted to move on from chip and putt courses. This course is great because it’s wide and open and allows for amateur golfers to recover on their next shots. The staff is super friendly and the kitchen has great food for the post game

I’ve played Worcester over 20 rounds in 2 years and it keeps disappointing. Pace of play is always a problem and it’s usually do to not having a starter and lots of single or double golfers. I’ve played 9 hole rounds that were over 3 hours here. Each time I think it will get better or time it so it’s an off time and get disappointed. I’ve also gotten rained out due to a thunderstorm and they refused to offer a rain check. It’s tempting because there’s always a tee time and the prices are cheap but I always leave frustrated and not just due to how I played! I’d rather take the drive to sweet water and have started staying clear of this course. The icing on the cake for me is I booked through golf now for a round, then paid on sight. A week later they told golf now I never played my round and they charged my credit card even though I already paid them. They’ve lost my business

Very fair layout that’s not too challenging but still a lot of fun.

Not bad for the money but very slow. No one to monitor the pace of play.

Greens are in good condition but very shaggy. All of the greens are crowned. Great course to learn the game on.
