Par Line Golf Course

Greens & fairways in great shape. Tee boxes need a little work. Ball washers need filled with clean suds & new towels. Club house needs some work. Bath room too..

This was the worst I've seen Par Line. In my eyes, it's typically a "value" course (i.e. lower rates = iffy conditions), but this most recent round was rough. The tee boxes were consistently uneven, and they were either dirt patches or grass that was longer than the rough. The fairways and greens were not in horrible shape, but they also were not good. It's a good layout that can be had for cheap, but given it's current condition, paying more than $20 for 18 holes will likely leave you feeling ripped off.

The course was a swamp following apparent heavy rain. If the conditions were this poor, the course should have been closed. I would like to play the course in better conditions because I did like the layout with some very challenging holes.

Great value for the price. Conditions best they been in years.

I know it is very early in the season but the tee boxes where absolutely ridiculous. No sod, uneven stance. When you have trouble with what should be a guarantee lye the rest of the play for the hole suffers. The green had big patches of missing grass. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for and we did not pay much for 18 with a cart.

Ive played this course a few times and this was by fsr the worst shape ive ever seen it in. Surprisingly awful in comparison to other course ive played following worse weather conditions. I cant imagine paying anything more than i paid to play. Friendly staff put poorly maintained track. This course could be much better given the layout

So that the crabgrass does not take over completely. All fairways need heavily aerated and reseeded. March will be key time for that if they want to improve conditions. Greens need work and they need totally new sand plus some layout tweaks.

i like playing @ par line, especially during the week. staff is friendly, course is kept up with.

I've been playing this course for several years. And just recently noticed a significant improvement in conditions. The greens have always been good. But the fairways and rough are getting noticeably better. The only thing that needs help are the tee boxes.

I made a tee time not being told when I reserved that there was a tournament later that afternoon. The other twosome was told by staff if we were done by 1:15 that we would be fine. At 12:00, all of the foursomes were on their tee boxes starting the tournament. No warning from staff. Was essentially forced off the course cause of this.

Course conditions were fairly poor, but not the worse I’ve ever seen. Greens ranged from slow as molasses to hard and fast without warning, including one that had not been repaired from 2 years ago that I was there. Tee boxes were hard as a rock and looked like someone’s backyard on most of them with the condition they were in. The design of the holes were unique and challenging, which given more care would really make this a fun course.

If you want a cheap round and don’t care about course conditions, this will suffice. Otherwise there are many other better courses for the same price you should spend your time and money at.

I have played this many times before. It's a decent layout and the course was in OK shape except for the tee boxes, which are in horrible shape. I don't know if the course was over booked or just had very slow players, but our round took 5 hours and we waited on almost every tee. When we made the turn there were 3 foursomes backed up on the 10th tee. There are no rangers to keep people moving. Unless you have all day to play, I would avoid this course.

Course could use some care, but priced about right.

Let me preface this by saying the staff is extremely friendly. That's the only good thing about this course.

The tee box grass is either too long or none existent. You might as well be teeing it up from the rough.

Speaking of the rough, there's zero differentiation between that and the fairway. What's the point in hitting the fairway if the grass there still sucks.

They also jack up their rates as the day progresses, where as most courses slash their rates.

Pay the extra few dollars to play at Dauphin. I quit after the 6th hole because the experience was simply not enjoyable
