Sportsman's Golf Course

I feel that the course played very well given the fact that it was just near the end of Winter and start of Spring. The greens were in good shape and faster than I expected. The fairways were in decent shape and pace of play was good which added to my enjoyment of the round. I would recommend Sportsmans for additional play.

Enjoyed the day course is long and open. Today it was a little wet. I will come back.

This course is a pretty easy layout. I drove the green on hole #1 and birdied. I have around 12 eagles in my life, and 2 came on the back 9 here. One was hole #13, a par 5 that I went driver, 8i to about 8 feet and sunk the putt. The next was a reachable par 4 hole #15 and I drove the green and then made a 40 or 50 foot putt with like 30 feet of break!

Like most courses this time of year sand needs raked not playable but overall the course in good shape

Course was aerated day prior & conditions being wet didn't help. Will need to play again to get a true experience. Overall I had a good time!

Course was in great shape. Fairways were like carpet. Greens were good. Get a Bloody Mary!!

Pace of play is absolutely horrendous. They have a ranger riding around doing nothing. Guys hitting 3, 4 balls off every tee. They shut the course down long before sunset (don’t expect to finish). Guy in the pro shop has no idea what he’s talking about. Do yourself a favor and either plan to spend a whole day watching topped tee shot after topped tee shot or go somewhere else

Course was in very nice shape especially since a bad storm came thru the evening before we played. Water in most traps, but the workers were preoccupied with branches and even a tree on the course being up rooted. Greens were slow but holding all iron play. Fairways were well maintained. Person is the pro shop was great.

Played here on a whim, turned out to be really nice! Friendly staff, well kept greens and fairways.

They had a young girls tournament before our tee time with ZERO time buffer. Our front 9 took 3 hours. Ranger more concerned about tires being 3 inches off cart path than moving things along. Guess they trying to protect the fairways that had clover and mushrooms growing in them. Last time I will play it even with a good GN deal, not worth it.

Very nice staff with a good course layout. The off course drinks are fairly inexpensive and the course is kept in good shape with the help of the staff. The course layout features a few interesting par fours and some straight par threes that are good for the average golfer.
